I decided to list my passes. Hopefully a screenshot of the order number is good enough. I listed them for $225 but if anyone from here wants them I'll sell them cheaper.

Just be sure to sell the pair (assuming you have two) together. I sold mine separately before finding out today that Frontgate is doing it by order number only (despite having said there would be digital passes when I bought them) so I had to give both passes to one buyer and the other one was nice enough to just take his money back. I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought the passes during early bird three years ago and I ended up losing $200...

Not to be that jackass but has anyone contacted their credit card company? Seeing as to all the back and forth I’m wondering if they’ve broken their own ToS.
Dunno for sure. Just trying to throw some alternate ideas out there.

they actually already sold so luckily both passes went to the same person. I even made a little money in the process and sold them way under what they were listed for on StubHub.
So, I guess my question is what happens if they buyer doesn't know they need to go to will call and files a dispute. Would I be charged for replacement passes? I don't see any way to communicate with the buyer.
FYI I just got off the phone with stubhub and they are charging me 50% of my ticket sales to cancel me selling my tickets. I also bought the presale in 2019 and sold the tickets before they changed the delivery method. I had 2 separate buyers who would be using my confirmation number, which just didn't seem feasible....please update if you have any other outcomes!

I was able to successfully upload a PDF of the mobile order history page from Frontgate as a screenshot, so I think I should be all good since it was just the one pass, knock on wood.

I called StubHub and they asked for an email showing that the event was changed from digital passes to picking up wristbands at will call and the agent said he was going to escalate it for the event since there are lots of buyers and sellers. He said they normally don't do will call but they do sometimes have exceptions if they event was changed like this. Fingers crossed.

Good intel! I'll try calling again tomorrow-- the person I talked to refused to escalate, but I think it might be worth trying to call the credit card company too....I think a lot of people will be in this situation.
That would be the buyer getting shafted, not the seller. And Frontgate has assured me that whoever has the order number can get the passes, no ID necessary, so it seems safe for the seller and buyer.
In that scenario yes but StubHub is always gonna side with the buyer. So if the buyer gets in there’s no accurate way to tell if the person got in. If you transfer a ticket there’s evidence the ticket was in their possession before the fest.

When I sold 'mobile tickets' earlier this month on stub, they already called me because the buyer was concerned that they were not wristbands. I think as a buyer if I was told to take a screen shot of an order number to will call I would probably call and be worried. They should have just done mobile tickets and skipped the wristbands like TANP and Portola, smh.

When I sold what I intended to be one pass on Stubhub, I made a PDF of the page with my order number on it and added text saying to take it to will call, then when I went to upload that I saw that Stubhub had given me me the buyer's email address, so I sent him the PDF with an extra note telling him to take the order number to Will Call. He replied and we should be all good.

I just got a wristband through Stubhub. Now either I'm dumb or something's missing with this wristband because I don't know how I would put this thing on. Help?

post a pic
It's missing the plastic piece to tighten the wristband. But I just one from an old wristband I had.
Well fuck. I tested positive for COVID last night, so I have to sit this one out. Really sucks since so many acts on this line up were bucket listers for me. Anyways, hope you guys have a great time this weekend!

to the people who won free GA passes from the solé giveaway: did you get any code or order number or will you just show the email + your ID to will call? that's my plan but idk if yall actually got tix or just the email and nothing more.
also im super nervous about Friday night lol, im showing up super late because the missus has work we are planning to find a spot at the 713 N Hill St. parking lot and 2nd choice will be the 777 N Broadway parking. if we are lucky we will snag free street parking. I really want to make it inside in time for current joys !!
Was able to figure things out, so I'll be flying down tomorrow after work. Hopefully inside a couple of hours before Darkside - stoked!
Been to the park several times (got married there), but this will be my first time seeing music there since the refurb. Last act must've been My Bloody Valentine at FYF.
To the post above: didn't get anything else besides a follow-up email saying to bring ID. I'll post here if there are any issues.

I called StubHub again to follow up on my call and the agent said that management reviewed the event and that I would be getting paid for the sale and that I wouldn't be liable for any kind of replacement charges. I'm still super nervous but he said that the buyer would be getting in and that I would be getting paid so it sounds like they have something figured out with frontgate?
Those of you that sold: it might be worth a quick call to them just to have a paper trail and to further raise awareness so everyone gets what they want in this situation.
