The picture that is being painted for me today is that Harris may have done the most to appear as a threat after the debates. Seen several articles that highlight her coming after Biden as the biggest moment of the two nights, a bunch of comments about how she was mean to Biden in the exchange and saw that the nazis and right wingers have warmed up the Obama treatment for her trying to start up that she's not actually black because her parents are from Jamaica and India.
On another note, I'm all for primary candidates coming hard after each other as long as it's somewhat based in reality. Trump, his team and the GOP after going to come even harder during the general election. I'd much rather find out a candidate can't take that kind of heat in the primary where we can roll to someone else rather than in the general when we're stuck.
You cannot tell me that Marianne Williamson isn't just an elaborate marketing piece for a 30 Rock revival. That is 100% Jane Krakowski in a wig, and I will believe nothing else.

Thank you for saying everything, everyone really thinks about this.

Biden's team is really bombing today as well.
Not to take away from Harris because I think she'll still certainly rise in the polls some but her flip-flopping around so quick on M4A is a bad look. I mean regardless of the policy. That's twice her or her team have contradicted her M4A statements within 24 hours.
Like I've said. I already consider her a likely no. Not sure why she just won't come on out and say it.

As someone who voted for her in the original Inforoo debate poll I just want to reiterate that I'd rather have her in the debates over a lot of them. She's certainly kooky but at least she has something interesting to say. Not to mention she's maybe fucking better at foreign policy than people like Tim Ryan.

What's the over/under of when Ryan dropsout? 2 spots before or after Kloubachar?

I would assume before. I think he's just trying to raise his profile. Kloubachar has close to 9 million. He seems to be using the unions to back his vanity run. Has around 2 million but I'm not sure how much of that was cash on hand. What a turd.

This is really good and kinda makes an argument against what I was saying about the difference in styles between Sanders and Warren last night. Grim quotes something I DID notice her say during the debate but forgot in the onslaught of 4 hours of people talking and spirit orb excitement.
“The will of the people matters,” she said. “You better understand, the fight still goes on [after the election]. It starts at the White House and it means that everybody we energize in 2020 stays on the frontlines come January 2021. We have to push from the outside, have leadership from the inside, and make this Congress reflect the will of the people.”
So there. Let's see how much more of this kinda talk she leans into and where she is willing to point the finger.
Because they are both right. Nothing will change without a massive cultural movement behind it. If a candidate doesn't acknowledge that we can expect them to be pretty damn useless.
HEY! Maybe we won't bankrupt ourselves before this clown gets out of office. You block this payment, you fix the tax code within 4 years, and you start pulling back finally on our warfare -- we might have a chance in hell.
I've watched the Harris/Biden moment multiple times. His campaign is going to tank hard. Harris is the best VP candidate out of the gate. Biden looks like he needs a nap and some corporate lobbying money and sit the fuck down. Sanders looks like, goddamn it, these kids just stole my platform...:quietly mumbles:
I'm starting to warm up to the idea of a Harris/Buttigieg ticket, most specifically so that I could see Harris vs Trump, and buttigieg vs Pence debates.
Other exciting combos include Warren/Sanders, Sanders/Warren, Warren/Buttigieg, and Warren/Harris

Should we take bets on whether Trump tries to weasel out of debating anyone? Surely he'll declare fake news and will portray any debate as biased/unfair. He's such a pansy

Ultimately his desire for attention will get him into the debates.

Yeah, he'll 100% do it and claim total victory regardless of how the debate actually goes.
Junior reportedly posted then deleted a retweet of one of the tweets questioning Harris. Im not gonna say people spitting on people is legit, but that's the exact kind of shit that will get you spit on.
