edit: esp since multiple people have requested we do infinity first like we had planned, and after offering to at least throw it up in a poll, y'all are just like "nah" and steamrolling right through. all within the span of an hour, after reducing the number of participants.

draft hasn’t even started and it’s been very poorly managed
Yeah I just want to draft and something new would be fun.
Yeah, it's much more exciting to me personally to do something new than run back the same format we've done twice before. Also, this should go pretty quickly. Less people, picks will come quicker. It might not take more than like two or three weeks.
that doesn’t mean I don’t think there should be a majority rule on what draft comes next. Why would we run a very similar draft with less people?
Why did you sign up?
just because this draft will be fun doesn’t mean we can’t do better. There’s a handful of people who were expecting and want the Infinity. I don’t get the logic behind push them all aside.

I signed up because my preference order goes:
1) Infinity draft for which I know the rules and have been prepping . 2) new Coachella draft for which I don't know the rules and have not been prepping . . . 3) not drafting at all
I'll gladly do whatever makes the fewest people unhappy though

Fred and Bing want to do something new and some of you folks act like it's some nefarious thing, throwing words like "shitty" around. I think that's pretty toxic. They suggested the idea and had a full roster an hour later. There's enthusiasm for the idea. Sorry if y'all have meticulously crafted draft boards for Infinity and stuff, but idk.. calm down? We'll still do it in like a month anyway. This thread was created in late June. We're way ahead of schedule as is.
