With Foo Fighters/Lizzo/Kendrick being confirmed for Osheaga, I think you can lock all 3 in for Lolla.

Honestly would like that more. The only thing going against Billie is that her UK tour ends July 30th but she still has enough time to get back for Lolla if she is booked.
With VW playing Osheaga I think they are coming back to Lolla unless Riotfest booked them .
Riot normally has one "indie" headliner so that could make sense, I think they would be more likely for Pitchfork though unless there's a conflict with their other dates

I am expecting Vampire Weekend to headline Piqniq in June. They were Top 8 just 2 years ago, it's too soon even with new music because they'd likely have the same billing they had 2 years ago.

Last year was The Lumineers, Young the Giant, Catfish & The Bottlemen, AJR, Shaed, etc... I don't think VW is all that different or would look out of place there.

So who do we think is locked in from Osheaga? I see a lot of names I could totally see pulling up to Lolla. I think Kendrick and Foo Fighters are basically locks as headliners.

VW does not get regular airplay on WKQX. All the acts you named do.
