I thought it was known that Warner was the abuser, but maybe wherever I saw Ms Wood's previous testimony was just making an assumption. Well, it's official now.
Yeah, I think any time she had talked about it publicly, she always just referred to “an ex,” but everyone figured that was who she was talking about.

To quote a reddit comment I read about this, "it's always the people you medium expect".
I imagine a decent chunk of it is people who are listening to him for the first time. To me he reads like an industry plant who has been nothing but trouble in the few months they’ve promoted him. My guess is his streams plummet in a few months now that his money funnel has been closed off

hope I’m wrong but I feel like you’re underestimating all the people buying his music specifically because he was “cancelled”

Wasn't he on the 2020 Roo lineup? I feel like I had a cover of a Jason Isbell song by him flagged in my prep before everything went (more) to hell.

He has been doing stuff for a minute and this isnt his debut album either so its just maga being maga. The ACM awards are removing him from consideration so he just lost that platform to get onto tv again. Im sure the Grammys will keep him off the air next year when he gets nominated for a bunch of stuff. The real way to cut him off would be to remove his music from all streaming platforms. But the labels didnt do it. Republic still wants their money.
what new jersey cop arrests bruce freaking springsteen for driving after one beer?
He stopped on his motorcycle to take a picture with some fans, they gave him a shot of liquor which he drank while sitting on his parked motorcycle and then drove off. Park Police saw this and pulled him over as he drove away.

I dont think the MAGA people are fans of Bruce at all
No way, the Chris Christie’s of the world are a huge part of his fan base. It’s one of the things that always made it hard for me to get into his music. The cops probably blasted Born to Run on the way home from their shift
