I mean, I don’t know what her involvement in the movie is, but she is 18 and if she doesn’t want to be involved in a project she thinks is a bad idea she’s now old enough to make those calls for herself.
(This has nothing to do with her relationship with Sia being discussed in the tweet or the comments after. Just purely commenting on her apparently being uncomfortable with the movie.) Any adult performer who has an issue with a project should have the autonomy to pull out. Esp if they have some sort of power in the situation, as Ziegler would have in a project with Sia...
Principle photography was in 2017. So she was like 14.
Regardless. If it was a major motion picture she would have been under contract and that's years into her working relationship with Sia. Not really that hard to see it as a situation where a young actress wouldn't be in the best position to push back. Plus, my understanding was that Sia told her it would all come out fine in the final cut. I don't know all that much about the situation and really don't care about these people but this seems like a pretty general power dynamic on film sets and the fault lies almost 100% on Sia.

What a strange guy. According to wikipedia he was in a "bluegrass sleaze rap band" whatever that means before Mumford and Sons, and randomly got into techno and electronic music in 2015 and has played some dj sets in clubs after Mumford and Sons shows

What would you define as alt-right? I don't find it to be a particularly useful distinction, but I'm wondering what you would choose as delineating.
