Fisher is getting some serious heat for a video he uploaded to social media poking fun at venue staff…
In the video, he zoomed in directly on the behinds of a female “cleaning crew” as they went about their business, shutting down their venue for the night. It’s unclear whether these women consented to being displayed in the video, but that certainly doesn’t appear to be the case.
"ANY CUNT ORDER A T BONE CLEANING SERVICE,” the DJ/producer captioned the tweet. He also added in his signature hashtags, “#youlittlebeauty #yakidding #wefknloveit.”
Fisher is known for his outlandish humor and over-the-top laughter, but there’s obviously a fine line and he crossed it, according to the many music fans sounding off. His tone comes across as disrespectful and demeaning — and fair warning, it’s extremely cringey to watch.
See the footage below and read just some of the comments via Twitter. The original tweet has since been deleted.
"Outlandish humor" is code for chauvinism and sexual harassment here, btw. He's the chaddiest of the chad DJs. Not a rapist like Datsik, but I wouldn't be surprised at this point.
You’ve probably heard the name Chris Lake before, he has been a big name in electronic music (especially House music) since the early 2000s. The English producer created music under the aliases Cristophe D’Abuc (mainly for remixes and bootlegs) and Echofall for a while. However, he produced under the name Chris Lake for most of his career. He is notably known for tracks like “Boneless” (with Steve Aoki and Tujamo), “Deceiver” (with Green Velvet), “Turn Off the Lights” (with Alexis Roberts), “Y.O.D.O” (with Destructo), “Dance With Me” (with Walker & Royce) and the list goes on and on. As you might have noticed, most of his tracks have been produced in collaboration with other artists.
Claud VonStroke would be nice, it’s been a while since he’s been at the farm as well. Not sure if PL would play the other if he has his band with him. Tipper traditionally doesn’t play extended sets to my knowledge but he does do two sets fairly often during festivals. Usually a LN show then a sunrise show, if he’s there I could see that happening.

What Bonnaroo needs to do is book Yheti or The Trifinity (Yheti/Toadface/Mt. Analogue). I've seen Yheti more times than I could count, he's from Dayton. So wild to watch him getting booked at big festivals now.
with the other going all night long now, do y'all think they will start the stage later?
whatever they do I hope they just don’t stick all the dope house artists on Sunday afternoon. I’d be game for the starting the stage later though I’d bet it’s pretty much all the same

I’m just hoping they have more than 2 house artists. I went to lost lands already and filled my bass quota for the year.
Put the techno, house and trance in a forest somewhere where all the ravers can listen to the same repetitive beat for hours with maybe an occasional 1/2 note change in there to radicalize shit some. Maybe someone throws in a sixteenth hi-hat hit too.

don't get me all excited! sounds great to me.
It's like foreplay.
It's gonna start off a little low in volume and go up about a half decibel every minute or two just to make it super extreme.
At least house/techno DJs can actually, ya know, DJ, and not just slide the fader every 4 minutes between crowd participation antics and mediocre-at-best saxophone playing.

shit bothers me so much, god i hate big g. they play a drop and add the sax in, please stop
I know they’ll never book Kaytranada but I really hope we get at least one good dj besides the wookery that’ll go down at The Other. Put him in a tent like Girl Talk if that’s what it takes.

Right. Because that's what every other DJ and producer on the planet does, slides a fader, pushes the "bass drop" button and plays mediocre saxophone

Since it's fight and hot takes day, was there too much bass? Were there not enough Hanson and Taylor Swift splices?
I'll just go ahead and say that Liquid Stranger, the 4th best show I saw at Bonnaroo last year, was better than every pop act as well as ever house/tech DJ, and most of the bass DJ's too they had combined - including their entire respective family's ancestral trees dating back 6000 years if you're a new earth creationist or all the way back to Mother Africa if you believe in evolution.

:fight:
Missed that Liquid Stranger show but I’m a fan of his, I forget who was on during him. I think Solange and if that’s the case I don’t missing the show cause she killed it. I’m not a huge house fan and totally agree last years house lineup was weak. A good friend of mine is a huge Dirty Bird fan so I do dig a lot of those artists besides that house knowledge is limited.
After that Phish set I was tossed in the best way. I just remember cracking up and dancing our asses off. It was a perfect mixture of goodies and time of night.
The since you’ve been gone had us almost crying

All b.s. aside for a second, sure. I've been to plenty of house and variations on house sets at festivals and had plenty of fun. I don't know what was on the same time as Liquid Stranger, but I had missed him - which I try not to ever do - a few months prior to watch Earl Sweatshirt, Earthgang and J.I.D. I wasn't missing it again. Phish Sunday > The Comet Has Me Coming > Phish Friday > Liquid Stranger IMHO.
Edit to say yes, it was during Solange. I saw her once before in Texas and enjoyed her set. But I knew it would be dreamy and just a little souped up for R&B that I usually don't want to listen to or see live when I have alternatives. She's a quality performer, and lives here so other than the occasional story I get from people I know in the service industry when certain family members are in town "do not even gaze upon me with your naked eyes" - I do like her.
Yeah that was my first time seeing Solange and would have been 4th time seeing Liquid. Still butt hurt about that Buku. My roo crew is seriously considering Buku and/or 420 Fest. Just waiting on the Roo lineup. People hate but I loved the B2B2B Space Jesus set Thursday.

Yeah lost lands was a great time. Randomly found a cheap af vip ticket a week before and just sent it.

Let them hate. That shit was a riot with Shlump and Eprom up there. The other thing that's kind of dumb is that people assume that all of The Other Tent was 'wook bass' which there was certainly plenty of music there that would be similar to when people use that term. Then they had Illenium, G Jones, AC Slater, Dombreski, CID, Ducky, Crooked Colours among other acts. But I think people try to act like they know more than what they do on the internet sometimes. They also repeat shit they hear.
Dude that whole Thursday night from B2B2B till 730am when Space Jesus and Freddy Todd played we got at it. Such a blast. Shlump is awesome. Maybe we can get a Liquid and Space Jesus B2b this year on Thursday.
Jesus christ, no more space jesus please. Let's not turn Bonnaroo into Okeechobee and book the same 3 bass DJs every year. Just switch it up, there's plenty of bass music to go around if your talent person isn't lazy and cheap.
