Definitely one of my all time favorite EDM sets @ 2019 Bonnaroo. We have a 2 night run here 2 weeks from Friday/Saturday. Only DJ’s else I know on the lineup are Luzcid out of Houston who LS played a b2b afterparty show with and Yheti who I saw at Buku and Backwoods at Mulberry.
Friday - Liquid Stranger Tripped (downtempo), Yheti, AU5 and Mize
Saturday - Champagne Drip b2b Luzcid, SFAM (local) and Sully. Any of the non locals worth checking into before I go?
Indy 500 Snake Pit in May has Rezz, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Yellow Claw, and Galantis. All sound like other headliners to me. I'm intrigued by Yellow Claw being in the US and it already seems we're getting Rezz

yeah i did some googling and it doesn't look like galantis has played roo.
out of that list garrix is the only one i would enjoy. not my style really but he's a sweet kid and a talented producer. that netflix doc "What We Started" was so much fun to watch. just seeing carl cox and garrix hang out was such a trip. i might watch it again this weekend.

I still don’t like garrix’s studio work but his show was the definition of front to back fun. He would kill the other.

i'm not listening to his studio work all the time either, but the song "No Sleep" was a guilty pleasure of mine this past year.
similar to you when i saw him in 2018 it was just pure fun. he at least seems to treat his live show like a dance event rather than a show where it's your friend with his phone in the car stopping tracks suddenly and being like "wait wait wait listen to this check this out".

Nothing made me happier than seeing Steve Aoki draw a paltry crowd at the main stage at EDC Orlando. Don't think the younger EDM fans give a shit about him.

I’d enjoy Garrix too, I agree that he’d crush at the other. Carl Cox however is someone I’d like to see
I was surprised to see Garrix the first time he was booked for roo. Bonnaroo doesn't seem to like paying the premium for big room djs who arguably don't have much crossover appeal to the roo audience (afrojack, guetta, etc).
So as long as we're throwing out names that aren't likely, if they could get Armin van Buuren to play a barn burner 140bpm trance set, I'd be so happy.

Seen them 3 times in the past 3 years and the last time I saw them me and my buddy were calling what song they were gonna play next. They don’t switch there sets up. Hopefully since they have new music coming it will but I bet zombie nation, and one more time still get mixed into every set........

Rumor at Tipper and Friends is that maybe he and PL do some shit in Atlanta in April. My buddy ran into Derek last night but didn’t want to bother him. So PL and Tipper both would be awesome top EDM shows.
