None taken, but in the past overall results have changed from round to round, no? Like Bing didn't get the first place after the first couple of rounds in the last draft, but he ended up winning.
What I mean is, I don't think there has been just one lineup winning all the rounds of elimination in the past drafts.
But I do understand your last point, as in "better" lineups being rewarded. I just want to include randomization to a degree to mix things up a little.

But there was certainly a select few who were always in the top 5-6, so there were tiers and I think it’s a bad idea to risk having some divisions be overpowered by having too many top tier lineups. I think randomization can be used in tiebreakers but “mixing it up” doesn’t justify potentially fucking someone over first round imo.

but much, much less so. I don’t support doing multiple polls cause I think it would make voting too long but I can see why Jaz would want that. That’s why I left it to a different prop. I think if we’re doing a poll(s), we might as well use that data to make it as even as we can.
