This is pretty fucking tough to understand, but this is my thoughts right now.
I'm leaning more towards NBF being the real inspector. NBF's inspector claim seems too insane for a mafia to go for on D1. NBF's play meant that we immediately had 2 mafia in the limelight, whether it was LD/Kanye or Jaz/Kanye. If Jaz was mafia, the mafia whacked him to clear suspicion from Kanye and the third, and if he is just a normal town, they legitimately thought he was an inspector with LD's name, and they didn't want him "discovering" more. Mafia were able to use the confusion to kill 2 town, Teddy and Maddog. NBF cleared Jortles and Rooloo, which leaves me, Rummy and Danbob, so for now my vote is going to Danbob, who is the one who has sided with Kanye for the most part this game.
To be honest I read the whole Jaz-LD thing as Jaz being inspector but I didn't want to say it and put Jaz in jeopardy if he was the inspector. I don't see any reason for the 'real' inspector to come out now if Jaz was faking. I believe him

I don't expect or want a doctor on me tonight by the way. I am normal town, and I'm sure I look all over the place to all of you. Either mafia will want to keep me alive because I look suspicious, or they will want to whack me for forcing so much info and fakes on D1.

Yeah to me at this time I thought that the best thing for town would be to know the truth. But your point makes sense that it doesn't change anything and then she could stay under the radar if the real inspector. Again, learning the game and it's become apparent I'll be better off keeping some thoughts to myself, especially while I'm still learning the dynamics of the gameplay.

Two of the last four voters are currently in the runoff. Not that it means anything, but interesting to note.
This is all early D1 before shit hit the fan. I know they are friends but this feels like a substantial Danbob - Kanye connection. Danbob votes for Kanye first thing out of the gate and then gets no votes round 1. Notably, if we believe NBF (which is definitely a big IF), then the other 3 who didn't receive any votes are 2 townies and the inspector. Seems unlikely that all 4 people who didn't receive votes are town. However, I'm also not convinced by NBF and she could have easily 'cleared' Jortles as a teammate and then cleared me. It makes me really feel like she was telling the truth because I'm town, but we really can't know. I kind of want to believe her and see how it goes, though.
My reason was Because I think Kanye is Mafia so I dont want to vote with him, but looking at it more I wonder if LDs chaos thing is a lil forced. Ehh yeah...

I thought he seemed weirdly confident that Kanye was mafia, so I thought he was trying to set it up for a fake inspector play later. In retrospect, I’m not really sure how I thought that was going to work and I think now it was not the best logic, but that was still my hunch. Regardless, Jortles is town and I’m a bad inspector. Sorry, y’all.
The reasoning for this guess... man. I was the most suspicious of her given name so I need to be the guess.
Ok I’m all caught up and just want to say WHAT THE FUCK ARE YALL DOING?????? We should be lynching NBF here and I’m surprised (and honestly even suspicious) a lot of the longtime players are trying to straight up give surfer the axe.

This round will probably still shake out based on who believes which inspector. It's hard to go back and draw conclusions about who is affiliated with who when we have 0 confirmations on who mafia is

So idk. My gut says not to believe her, yet there are sticking points re: believing Jaz, too.

I disagree with this. I dont think those inspector reveals matter anymore. We wiped out everyone. Nobody knows anything for certain. I think we are entering a new stage of the game where gut instinct comes into play.
There are still a couple inspector based questions / observations that I have though before I move to my vote.

Maybe he believed NBF and went to save her? Also when NBF brought up this point, Teddy was quick to say “wait LD didnt outright claim doctor.” Almost as a way to rationalize his fuckup. And I think the whack of Teddy now could have been mafia thinking the way I am about his potential as Doctor.
Other than this Teddy scenario, Im having a hard time overcoming the idea that Jaz should have been saved.

Yeah if not LD then Teddy makes sense, just have no clue why he would save NBF over Jaz with what he was saying. I think LD was doctor, Jaz and Kanye were mafia, and NBF was telling the truth.
LD was claiming doc especially with this follow up comment, right?
LD said that Jaz's inspector reveal was very convenient, when it was a 6-5 vote on Jaz, then LD kind of claims doc when the vote is 6-5 on him, so I called him out for it. Looking back, it's a very suspicious doc claim, because after just mentioning that he *could* be doc, he never confirms or denies, and doesn't bring it up again.
Another point to consider is that LD was not explicitly claiming doctor and was just adding some chaos.
Right but the real thing we have to consider is do we think that the real doctor (if not LD) was thinking like this? And then did they believe NBF over Jaz? Because the "real" doctor did not save Jaz.

It has come up several times this game (at least once from LD himself during he died D1) how LD has faked Inspector more than once as a townie... was anyone around for any of those instances? What has his rationale then?
Faking Doctor as town would be incredibly foolish. Granted, he didn't come out and declare he was Doctor, but.
I can see a world in which Teddy was doc and just, quite honestly, fudged it up pretty badly. He was pushing hard on the "don't try and make the doctor reveal rn!" sentiment d2. No one else makes a lick of sense as doctor tho

LD did claim Doctor. Why do you guys keep saying he didn't? He claimed it. Theo called him for it being convenient timing. And he said he deserved that.
That is him claiming doctor then owning his bad timing.
