I believe this and I believe St Vincent is eligible too. Tyler does not consistently perform 6 Odd Future songs live. Ditto St V / db & st v.
6 of the top 8 Odd Future songs ever played per Setlist FM are Tyler songs. I am good to change the rule but hes out as it stands now. I think changing the rule to like 9 songs would be a good move. It does what you want it to still but gives more leeway
1) Once an artist or member of an act is drafted they are unavailable to anyone else however side-projects and solo artist from that act would still be eligible until separately drafted as long as their typical set contains no more than six songs by a previously drafted performer.
The previously drafted performer is Odd Future. As long as Tyler's set does not typically contain six or more songs released by Odd Future he's a valid pick.
I personally don't care either way if Tyler is eligible (I can see the rules being interpreted either way here), but I do think that if he is, St Vincent is too.

Yep, because St. Vincent doesn't typically play 6 songs off of Love This Giant

If they played his solo songs he should still be eligible as long as his set doesn't feature six Odd Future songs.
What is an Odd Future song then? There isn't a single song listed as "Odd Future", they're all considered solo songs featuring whoever.
But at the same time Tyler only performs IGOR and Flowerboy now so I think it's silly to disqualify that because of Odd Future
Just to add more to this, plenty of live shows have been billed as "Odd Future". But every song is attributed to a solo artist. So how do you decide what is and isn't Odd Future? Personally I'd just go off their last setlists. Tyler, Earl, and Frank perform none of those songs now. But in the Coachella draft everyone seemed to be on board with the idea that DMS was getting "IGOR Tyler" and "Blonde Frank Ocean".
I'm really glad I'm not playing if St. Vincent would be somhow ruled ineligible because of the stupid rules.
Thanks for stopping in to complain about the rules. I'm really sad that the rules for a game that you opted out of before you even knew the rules make you upset.

If Odd Future is only a collective that never made music under that name it just makes the argument more salient that Tyler and Earl are available.
As far as what Odd Future is able to play... i guess it goes back to the beatles question.

Yeah, when people started saying she was ineligible, I wasn’t going to argue, but I thought this was how the rule read. I didn’t really take them thinking she would be ineligible anyway. I just wanted Byrne on my lineup somehow, and he usually does like seven Talking Heads songs when he tours solo so that was out.

So I apologize if I'm working my way into silly territory now, but Frank Ocean was already drafted right. But Frank Ocean very rarely performed with them and maybe only did a couple songs live. But we are allowed to make our own setlists basically. So can Jaz only have like 6 Blonde songs in his "make believe" Odd Future show? If we allow Tyler and Earl, is Jaz only allowed 6 modern songs that they perform live from each of them too? I mean honestly I would love to build a setlist around that.

Ya I think if its an Odd Future show its actually an Odd Future show
