Jay-Z raps about being old, Kanye interrupts each song to yell about the lizard men controlling the world's governments from a lair deep beneath the Earth's crust. There are large video screens playing videos of sharks swimming interspersed with Youtube videos about how Verizon is using 5G towers to activate the poisons hidden in vaccines.

I would generally consider shows to be similar to, if not exactly the same as, whatever setlists are chosen by the bidder/winner to represent the act. In the case of Jay and Ye, an argument could be made for a setlist similar to their 2014 SXSW show, I suppose.

I have a couple wrinkles that we could add to free agency, but I definitely want input:
First idea is to do a free agency auction budget. This is common in fantasy sports and is basically a silent auction.
Other idea, and we can do this in conjunction with FAAB, is to add free agents as a lineup advances. So like, maybe not even have free agents for the first round of voting, or just a few, and then each round a few more. I think making them a little more scarce could help raise interest in people's free agents.
I can go into further detail if yall want but I just wanted to float that out there for now.

How do we feel about pushing this to start until after Labor Day

Reminder this won't run on weekends. We could also leave out Labor Day. It's also going to be one pick per day at first. There's a good chance if you miss a day or two that you wouldn't be aggressively trying to purchase whatever was nominated anyway. We'll ramp that picks/day up but it's based on the participants' vote.

Nah. It won't run on weekends and there will only be one artist per day during that time. You'll be gucci. At most, you'll miss out on three acts, and they might not be the ones you want anyway. If there are some you just absolutely don't want to miss out on, you can send me reserve prices for the acts and I can bid for you. Or you can send them to whomever you trust to bid for you best.
