Anyway
Prop 5: An act that has released music or toured in the 2010s is eligible if an essential member of the band has died. Essential must mean a member so vital to the group that it is seen as extremely unlikely that the group will ever perform or release new music (without the deceased member) again or if the band has stated that they won’t perform again without the deceased member. Any disputes will be handled via poll or the agreement to drop the act from whoever picked the act. Examples of essential members: Neil Peart, MCA, the Allman Brothers.

And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
This would have been good to have from the beginning, but I think it's too late now. Unless I'm the first to pick in that round, then it's fine.
could just do a round at the end with a randomized order
Yeah do it the same way we did the acts that were supposed to play Coachella but never did in the Coachella draft. I think that wasn't announced, or maybe decided, until in the middle of that draft too.
We should do a round this draft that's acts/artist that have never played live. Seems like this is the most appropriate draft to do it in.
It was discussed but we'd have to figure out parameters as to what would be considered an act for these purposes. How many songs would they have to have recorded together to be considered an act? Would they have had to actually physically recorded together to qualify? Etc.
As far as fairness, it could be a randomly ordered twenty-first round.
