A couple of questions from someone that hasn't done one of these before. Is there a process for drafting acts that aren't on the lists? These would pretty much only be DJs that are comparable to those already on the list. Is there a minimum that I have to spend? For the B2B can it include someone from a previously drafted live act that also DJs?
Only acts from the lists are eligible to be drafted. The B2B needs to be artists that already on your lineup and that are DJs. So if you have LCD, you can use James Murphy or if you have Caribou, you can use Daphni. The B2B is essentially a superjam like in previous drafts.
Where do we get to schedule these B2Bs? And do we have to have leftover budget to be able to book someone twice?

You can schedule the B2Bs in either Isotropic or Boiler Room. There’s no booking fee required.

Are some of the acts traps? Like Shiniche Atobe will definitely cancel and Traumprinz will play one song before handing over the rest of his set to Konstantin?

You should be able to draft Burial but he's billed as an empty time slot and it's just Kode9 playing at a pitch black stage with everyone asking each other if this song sounds like Burial.
