Also I don’t have a frame of reference as to whether or not both CBS and Fox have had double headers before in week 1 or if that is something new for this year. Usually we get two Monday Night football games in week 1, so maybe that’s the difference since we are only getting Ravens vs Raiders.

No. I just got back to New Orleans within the hour after 2 weeks in Florida. If it was last week, we would have driven to Jacksonville. But shit is wrecked here and we got cleanup to do all day.

Yeah mostly. There are a couple stains on her ceiling so maybe (?) there were some leaks but not sure. One side of the house had some possible roof damage but I need to go up there tomorrow and check. Refrigerator had been out since 8/29, so the house stunk. She’s getting a new one on Tuesday but we have to make due until then so we bleached the shit out of it and found some baking soda to keep the smell down for the next 2-3 days while we have to use it. Grass was high with limbs and shingles all over it so we had to cut and edge (twice) and clean that shit up. City stinks like rot as you’d expect, but the garbage truck passed by in Metairie today which was great timing.

I applauded the Julio trade given the circumstances/Cap space and you really dont drop off much with Ridley taking on that role. I would have rather traded back and focus more on the OL/edge rush/secondary but what do I know.
Pitts could end up being great but there are holes on this team that even a HOF caliber TE couldn't fix.
