While we are waiting, are there any rule changes we need to discuss? We might want to discuss the weekend rule - the game seems to have dragged on the weekend the last few games, but maybe I'm the only one who doesn't do much other than sit on the couch and yell at the dog to stop biting me.
Figure out what to do with role reveals - I mentioned earlier, but maybe there's no role reveal D2, and then during N2 everybody (including mafia) is polled in the thread on whether they want D1 or D2 exile revealed. Strategic for mafia participation. Another variation could be townies "voting" in their PMs with the ref. Or we could just lag it a day, so D3 is when D1 exile is revealed, D4 for D2, etc. Or we could keep it the same.
I would propose two other changes:
1. an automatic extension when a vote occurs within an hour of a round's deadline. 2. a different definition of a "locked" vote - the round ends when a majority of players have locked their votes in order to exile a person. So, if on D2 we have the given name of mafia, with 9 players left, the first 5 locked votes would end the day. This gives more weight to a locked vote.

I think we should at least try one more game with roll reveals how they are. I’m not sure if the reveals favor town more or if mafias have not adjusted properly to the rule changes. Logically it makes sense town would adjust faster.

I'm just the ref but I think role reveals have gone a long way in balancing the game that was insanely slanted in mafia's favor beforehand. It works in other online mafia places so I don't see why it wouldn't here. Will obviously defer to you guys to make the decision about what to do though.

I am in favor of trying delayed role reveals to see how it goes but def want to keep role reveals a thing for at least a while longer aka at leaaaaaaaast until i have a special role in a game with them!!!!

nah it would be a role inspector would have even post death. The only reason im suggesting inspector control the rule is because I think it would be one person and not a majority vote or something weird in thread... maybe its a new (not very powerful) role? If it was a new role maybe it would be cool if it died with them.

Yeah, as I think about it more, that would serve to confirm to both town and mafia that inspector was dead if you took that part of the role away, so that wouldn't work.

I think having a doctor is better than role reveals tbh. I think role reveals just give town a lot of info but having a doctor requires a good effort by both inspector and doctor.

There was some blowback to the doctor role from older players. I don't see why 11 players in the next game (perpetually) couldn't agree to the doctor role. I liked it even if the town never did it correctly (my fault at least twice!).
