GROUP A
1. CASH - not a ton of stuff thats up my alley, but there's definitely enough + undeniably knocked it out of the park as far as booking something that feels like you could look at the names alone and realize its a iii points lineup.
2. JTR - drops off kinda quick, but to be expected with one of the best HLer duos in the game, and the best in this bracket by a lot.
3. THEO - not to be cliché, but it feels like a pepe lineup. so naturally there's a ton that's right up my alley, it's definitely not the most "iii points" lineup out of the bunch, and it loses points for me there, but there's just too much fire not to squeeze into the top 3.
4. TEDDY / GIB GUY - lot of good shit here, but the top 8 feels a lot more FYF than iii points to me. like it a lot, but it just gets edged out.
5. KPO - also very solid, but the least up my alley personally, and is middle of the pack as far as feeling like a real iii points goes for me.
GROUP B
1. PEEPEE - much good. many points.
2. TODD - all around really solid. great #1 for this game and doesn't feel like it drops off at all. don't love RTJ at #2 but its ok. just some good shit.
3. BING - out of everyone who dropped 1.5m on a HLer, i think this is the one where you can feel it the most. but at the same time you probably got the best HLer available this game. so with that + a solid schedule, Bing sneaks in even though it feels kinda light from #2 down.
4. MADDOG - really balanced, lot of good shit. like i said it's close man, but i feel like i would have rather seen Twigs HL and Lana's money be spent bolstering the rest of it.
5. GOCATS - you've done really well at waiting out the field budget-wise in both the auction draft and this, and each pick you made feels like really solid value. but ultimately feels a little bit too old / dude heavy up top.

Initial votes based on how much my blood is pumping reading through lineups. Feeling cute, might dive into schedules later.
Group A
1. JTR 2. Theo - little concerned about sales so I could flip this all the way to the bottom at any moment. Dont know how to think about it as of now but its my 2nd favorite. 3. Cash 4. KPO 5. Teddy

gonna make a Spotify playlist for my fest, but I wanted to share this considering the Daft Punk news: https%3A//soundcloud.com/daftside-2/03-daftside-give-life-back-to%3Fref%3Dclipboard%26amp%3Bp%3Di%26amp%3Bc%3D0 the whole daftside album rules, but this song is just incredible

groups C & D coming later
GROUP C
1. RUMDAWG - fire top to bottom. near perfect top line for this game. would like a little more electronic up top, but still the best of this bracket for me by a bit.
2. FEAR - even though i don't love Dua this is really really solid. nails the "feels iii points" aspect, just wish it wasn't so stacked towards day.
3. TRANTER - really close man. Frank is doin some heavy lifting here, but Tranter ultimately beats out Fred by schedule. just a lot of acts that feels very catered towards my taste, and flow pretty well also. super close and things could change with this bracket being so stacked.
4. FRED - hurts to leave this one out because yeah, Chem Bro's are one of the best HLers for this game, but besides them it's a lot of stuff that isn't super up my alley, especially on Friday where the only set im REALLY into would be Four Tet Live. would probably be top 3 in the other brackets, just luck of the draw.
5. SANG - also like it a lot, just feels a like it drops off kinda quick and although the top 3 is pretty stacked, it's not enough to carry in what it seems everyone has agreed is the toughest bracket.
I honestly think everyone did a terrific job at the draft, especially because the festival allows a little less room for interpretation as Roo or Coachella. I can't remember which one it was, perhaps the team Roo Draft? But having a similar feeling about this where I think everyone did an amazing job at capturing the feel of the fest.
Will dive into everyone's schedule and line ups later.

I'm a Quaker and feel bad about having to rank someone LAST for each group--just want to apologize in advance because I'm lame like that. Sucks because I think pretty much all of these are good to great to really great.
Gonna need to do this piecemeal because I'm "working" or whatever--will try and finish all 4 groups by tomorrow afternoon tho.

I'm probably completely alone on this but I just click on people's schedules right away. I think the schedule is more important than the poster and tells me more what I need to know about your lineup.

Schedules are a little different this time around for me. He gave us a template. There should be tough conflicts. But we are also allowed to totally shaft the template and make our runs conflict free. I'm an all or nothing kinda guy. Wish the template was set in stone so these could all be judged perfectly evenly.
*jots down notes for when I eventually run a draft"
