Four Tet's more common set is his DJ, and was listed as just "Four Tet" in the Budget doc and master list in the OP, so i figured its fine to list it like that.

didnt realize that just stirring the pot without regard for logic or anything
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
For this draft I don’t think the voting should be so focused and on schedules compared to other ones. You should still be scoring people’s Boiler Room stage or whatever even if you’re not going to see any shows there in your schedule cause it’s still part of the lineup.
I think the selling part everyone is treating differently. I haven't decided on my order, but I thought it was pretty interesting that Pepe took points away from Mad Dog for not having Twigs headline, which would have guaranteed 10k or fewer tickets sold

It may be a disadvantage to vote early because the people that you ranked low vote after you and have that in their subconscious. I advise everyone to wait until the end and then give the 4th and 5th place people in each group a ton of compliments.

Yeah I dont think its about who sells most or sells out the fastest. I think its just a checkpoint like you either sell $20k tix or you dont then I move on to which I like better.
I'm considering ticket sales but its not even close to my biggest consideration. I want to consider the whole lineup and if I only cared about ticket sales I'd only care about the top couple of lines. I also have a really bad sense of what sells well outside of slam dunks like Radiohead and Bad Bunny.
Just unlucky with me personally as its obviously a great lineup.
Don't listen to J Balvin. Actively dislike Uzi. Seen XX a few times. Then there's some other stuff that I recognize as good / great but I just dont find myself listening to as much as the rest of inforoo like Mitski, Todd Terje, Tycho, Christine. I know those are big time selling points for a lot of others though. Chem Bros / Nick Cave is a fire duo.

it's more about me personally not liking Lana for this draft. and i said / meant let Twigs HL and use that Lana money to bolster his 2nd and third liners with quality that can also sell.

I just think it's funny that all the other acts with live/dj are listed except that
Schedules are a little different this time around for me. He gave us a template. There should be tough conflicts. But we are also allowed to totally shaft the template and make our runs conflict free. I'm an all or nothing kinda guy. Wish the template was set in stone so these could all be judged perfectly evenly.
*jots down notes for when I eventually run a draft"
Everyone's schedules flow pretty similarly and I like the ability to adjust things by 15-30 minutes. Plus certain acts just don't require 75 minutes while it would be criminal to give other acts anything less than 90 minutes. Like Tranter stuck with the original template on his mainstage and has Megan Thee Stallion playing for longer than The Roots.

I'm using both to determine: schedule and overall lineup drafted

In a draft where the templates are locked you would see the length of that slot and draft accordingly.
