when you get your first #1 ranking from someone, then the very next voter gives you your first Last Place ranking
i had you #1 also
Heh, my bad.
I had only seen when you posted the first two groups' rankings! Will go back to read your C & D groups rankings: I appreciate you're one of the few people listing out verbal reasoning or the acts you'd see. Lotsa unexplained votes here

i'm still yet to do D, but my group C ranking is middle of page 2

1. CASH - not a ton of stuff thats up my alley, but there's definitely enough + undeniably knocked it out of the park as far as booking something that feels like you could look at the names alone and realize its a iii points lineup.
2. JTR - drops off kinda quick, but to be expected with one of the best HLer duos in the game, and the best in this bracket by a lot.
3. THEO - not to be cliché, but it feels like a pepe lineup. so naturally there's a ton that's right up my alley, it's definitely not the most "iii points" lineup out of the bunch, and it loses points for me there, but there's just too much fire not to squeeze into the top 3.
4. TEDDY / GIB GUY - lot of good shit here, but the top 8 feels a lot more FYF than iii points to me. like it a lot, but it just gets edged out.
5. KPO - also very solid, but the least up my alley personally, and is middle of the pack as far as feeling like a real iii points goes for me.
GROUP B
1. PEEPEE - much good. many points.
2. TODD - all around really solid. great #1 for this game and doesn't feel like it drops off at all. don't love RTJ at #2 but its ok. just some good shit.
3. BING - out of everyone who dropped 1.5m on a HLer, i think this is the one where you can feel it the most. but at the same time you probably got the best HLer available this game. so with that + a solid schedule, Bing sneaks in even though it feels kinda light from #2 down.
4. MADDOG - really balanced, lot of good shit. like i said it's close man, but i feel like i would have rather seen Twigs HL and Lana's money be spent bolstering the rest of it.
5. GOCATS - you've done really well at waiting out the field budget-wise in both the auction draft and this, and each pick you made feels like really solid value. but ultimately feels a little bit too old / dude heavy up top.
groups C & D coming later
GROUP C
1. RUMDAWG - fire top to bottom. near perfect top line for this game. would like a little more electronic up top, but still the best of this bracket for me by a bit.
2. FEAR - even though i don't love Dua this is really really solid. nails the "feels iii points" aspect, just wish it wasn't so stacked towards day.
3. TRANTER - really close man. Frank is doin some heavy lifting here, but Tranter ultimately beats out Fred by schedule. just a lot of acts that feels very catered towards my taste, and flow pretty well also. super close and things could change with this bracket being so stacked.
4. FRED - hurts to leave this one out because yeah, Chem Bro's are one of the best HLers for this game, but besides them it's a lot of stuff that isn't super up my alley, especially on Friday where the only set im REALLY into would be Four Tet Live. would probably be top 3 in the other brackets, just luck of the draw.
5. SANG - also like it a lot, just feels a like it drops off kinda quick and although the top 3 is pretty stacked, it's not enough to carry in what it seems everyone has agreed is the toughest bracket.
GROUP D
1. JORTLES - really well budgeted and well curated. great schedule. Deerhunter>Byrne>Cure>Caribou and Knife>Justice>Jaar are some great runs. i think it could struggle to move tickets, and that will likely hurt it in future voting, but i just think its the strongest in this bracket.
2. PIT - also really nice. YMO>Tame feels perfect. you know i was trying to get OPN from you all game as well, so that gets you big points.
3. KVOTHE - you jacked my Auction Draft HLing duo, but i obviously still like it. Röyksopp against Björk is fucked up though.
4. YCM - Radiohead is doin some heavy lifting here, it wouldn't sell great imo but you have a ton of talent thats right up my alley, just wish the schedule was a little more forgiving, would like to have seen Bicep get less than 3 hours to make room so Radiohead doesn't have to conflict with Floating Points.
5. R - definitely a lot of really cool acts here, i'd have a great time, but i think it would really struggle to move tickets, just aiming to too old of a demo. Massive Attack and New Order in the same day is a dream though.

Alright this is taking me too long and it's too hard to rank, I'll do the other two groups sometime tomorrow night probably. Sorry if the comments are mostly negative it would take me forever to say all the positive things, all of these would be dream lineups to attend.
Group A 1. Teddy/Gibson: I think the Missy/Flume day sells out but not sure about the other one. This feels like III Points but it almost feels like FYF more? I think you could have used a bit more star power on the Isotropic stage to fix that, or maybe it's that FYF booked a ton of these acts. Despacio is a cool get. Just really good balance of Quality/Feels like III Points/Sales 2. Cash Me Ouside: One of my favorites for my tastes but feels a bit... disjointed/unbalanced? Lots of very rare gets which would be great but I think it lacks some curation specially on the main stage. Not sure your first day sells out, and not sure anyone shows up to the second day until Bad Bunny. 3. JamesTheRam: Dream III Points lineup that feels well curated (love the poster too), but I think this would struggle to sell tickets. I think Freddie Gibbs is the only rap act and no R&B which feels off for III Points 4. KPO: Billie Eilish and Kid Cudi would move a ton of tickets, but I'm not sure why you put them on the same day, feels unbalanced and idk if the second day sells out. I'm on the fence on if this feels like a III points lineup or not, lots of artists that I could see them booking on their own but as a whole it feels off (the pop main stage, Carti/Cudi feels more Rolling Loud, the electronic is a bit too mainstream). 5. Theo: Feels like an amazing indie rock festival but not III Points, not enough of the budget spent on electronic. Not sure this sells out either.
Group B 1. Jimmy: The main stage run on the NiN day feels a bit weird, I think you needed something different in the JMJ spot maybe. Overall this is a great balance of Quality/Feels like III Points/Sales 2. Bing: Good balance and lots of great acts but The National really sticks out, doesn't seem like a III Points act much less a headliner that plays after Disclosure. I don't think your first day sells out, maybe the second does. Feels a little more Primavera than III Points, but still hit the mark overall 3. Pepe: Good stuff throughout but I don't think either day sells out. The main stage runs seem a bit random. Grimes should be a main stage act IMO. Definitely feels like III Points, but Sufjan sticks out a bit. 4. Todd: Your first day feels way too much like Camp Flog and I don't think your second day sells well at all. Still this is packed with stuff I love and the Dan Deacon -> Panda Bear -> Atomic Bomb -> James Murphy run might be my favorite of the festival 5. GoCats: Phoebe -> Pavement -> Vampire Weekend is a cool run but it isn't III Points. Your Isotropic stage feels too small, and tbh kinda pointless because it mostly feels like a worse version of your Main Frame
I'm a Quaker and feel bad about having to rank someone LAST for each group--just want to apologize in advance because I'm lame like that. Sucks because I think pretty much all of these are good to great to really great.
Gonna need to do this piecemeal because I'm "working" or whatever--will try and finish all 4 groups by tomorrow afternoon tho.

Who started this Radiohead doesn’t move tickets rumor that some of y’all have bought into?
it's the lack of mainstream acts. the only one you have is Young Thug who kinda sticks out on the schedule. not sure what the people who would buy a ticket for him would do for the rest of the day.
I'll be honest y'all--not sure how well I'll do in judging the "is this a iii points fest" part. I'm considering things like "how much electronic/is it good" and "is there also diversity in genre" buuuuuut i am no expert in iii points curation, and im sorry if that makes my judging of such a little lackluster

I think the Radiohead day is the only single day in group D that is a guaranteed sell out.
gahhhh im really sorry bb, i shouldn't have pressed "create post" til i was totally sure thats where i wanted things to stay :/ i still feel unsure!! when i said this group was hard to judge because all really close for me, i meant it.
but i realized after posting that i think i gave you a little bit more of a bump than should've because of Suf which isnt fair hahaha.

I also think that it’s funny that you criticized group d for selling tickets with the lineup you have.
