a 10+ year reunion vs an act that was billed 15th at last Boston Calling. 1.3m monthly listeners vs 200k. not gonna act like Zero 7 are some super popular name but their reunion would work here i think. especially when i have that day supported by the likes of Grimes, Jorja Smith and Tierra.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

like i said, it's the fact that only a single act with any younger mainstream appeal was booked. no ones saying radiohead doesn't move tickets, but it doesn't feel like that area was really addressed throughout voting. its that simple. not gonna give a pass on that entire aspect of the game because of one act.
maybe I’m just wrong but I don’t buy the idea that Radiohead + the return of sonic youth wouldn’t sell. Radiohead sold out the AAA in 2017
I’m not totally sold on Sonic Youth moving a ton of tickets but Radiohead basically sells out their day by themselves.
I don’t think anybody is arguing if Radiohead would move tickets. The question is would enough Radiohead fans spend $250 for a two day festival ticket with this lineup. Furthermore, does the lineup have any pull with just casual festival fans or the local crowd who may not be huge Radiohead fans.

Curious about this Julie do you know what the average attendee age is? In 2018 there were some acts that were more appealing to younger audience but the other years seemed to skew older

Tickets are $150 for two day and 89 for one day. You’d probably need to raise prices a bit if you actually booked Radiohead but I still think the Radiohead day is pretty much a guaranteed sellout with a 20k capacity.

Was 8000 a day in 2016 due to the weather or did LCD really not move many tickets? LCD moved close to 25k tickets for Loufest in St. Louis in 2016, so I’m a little confused by only seeing 8k here.
