I think D’Evils is the best rap song ever from a writing / rapping standpoint but I prefer a couple of the other songs on that album to it that have better beats.
savage has to be in convo on a critical/relevance scale. first dual female rap duo winner, beyonce's record tying win, another in a line of white guilt acceptance speeches
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
I debated doing three6 for all four of my submissions, but ultimately decided to include some mos def and the roots because they weren't submitted yet. Stay fly was in first four out. I remember blasting Sippin on some syrup and who run it were my introduction to three6, and who run it goes so hard and I wanted to include a song that had lord infamous and gangsta boo.
I currently have every song set up in a randomized matchup, however I'm not sure if this is the best way to do it. Any suggestions? I'd rather not have anything automatically moving on, but piling 36 matchups right away feels like a bit much.
