Is putting out a statement that "passes are no longer available" really just to save face about not selling out immediately? Feel like its pretty noticeable that they have plenty of passes available for Weekend 2 still.
Theyve done that the last few years. They used to say ''sold out'' when the sales happened and now its just no longer available. There is no face to save if you just have a target of how many passes you want to sell during a sale and stop it when you get past that figure. You can go back into the buy linsk and look at their inventory. Yeah, AMEX is totally gone. Safari is in tier 3. Preferred car camping sold out. They pushed a lot today.

...so I've got a problem.
I got the e-mail from Lyte yesterday stating that they found 2 tickets for me for weekend 1. Because of this, I passed on the pre-sale today as I was under the assumption that I had tickets secured. Unfortunately, I got an e-mail about 2 hours ago stating that my credit card transaction did not go through due to the billing address not being correct on my Amex. In this email they also stated that I could edit the billing address and the card would automatically be charged again in 24 hours. The problem is that the link in their email does not work, and there is no way for me to change my billing address when I log in to lyte on my own. Unfortunately I cannot get ahold of anyone at lyte at it is now the weekend and I assume there won't be anyone back in the office until Monday. If their system tries to run my card again tomorrow with no updated billing info, I am worried that it's going to be rejected again and my order will be canceled.
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?
P.S. I called Amex and they said the transaction was approved on their end.
UPDATE: Lyte customer service got back to me after hours (8:30 pm pacific time) and was able to process my transaction. Totally unexpected, but amazing customer service from them.

I was able to get 2 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs / Rancho Mirage for weekend 1 (Thurs-Mon) at the rate from a few weeks back but I'll be heading to weekend 2. Would anyone be interested in swapping reservations? If not, instead of cancelling, if you need a room or two, we can work out a way to swap my name to yours.
Also i have a W2 GA + shuttle for under face if anyone wants it! willing to part with it for 500. just unsure how to do so since i bought it via lyte back in 2020. Thought weekend 2 would end up being the 15-17 so i had to scramble to get w1 yesterday since i booked my accommodations and flight already.

But the question is will Coachella get any crossover. And it would take the spot of Just Like Heaven if its in mid May. Bauhaus again would be cool. I think theyll do some low cost early bird sale and get some sales at least along with layaway.
