Saw a lot of dehydration/no water-complaints. That shit boggles my mind every time man, especially given the location. Safety first.
You shouldve seen how many people were begging for water at harry styles. I had 3 in my pack just to be safe and all of them were acting as if they wouldnt need it.

Wow, that certainly was a fantastic return.
The mess at Yuma was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. No chance at pdm. I tried getting in all day. Never made it. Unless they change something for next week you better get in by 1 ish if you want to catch him or daphni. Came back to try for Peggy gou and it i Still couldn’t get within sight of the corral. Even at the end couldn’t get in for artbat. It would have really upset me but I’m doing bothchella for the first time so that can be my priority next week.
My experience with the crowd is a little different from others here. It was by far the most people I have ever seen early on a Friday. I think the harry crowd at the start was because Louis the child did pack it. Also we only stayed about 30 minutes of harry. To much else going on. The crowd had filled in a ton at that point. As we left harry KG had a sizable crowd, the Gobi had a crowd. Lane 8 had the Mojave full. Diplo had the do lab full and slander had a respectable crowd in the Sahara and had Shawn Mendez as a guest as we passed to leave. Yuma was still at “capacity “.
AF was one magic. The new stuff seems a bit darker. I think they played 4 new songs. Hot take here I’m sure but I love everything now. Was actually at lolla the first time they played that live so it’s cool to hear this new stuff first as well.
The lack of water carts mid field was a big hiccup for us. I came to rely on that quick stop. They certainly sold a ton more lemonade because of it though. Our shuttle driver got lost from the Omni stop in. Dropped us off at the red line it took like an hour and we still had to walk more than the yellow drop.. But The way home was fast and smooth.
Annita is just flat out a star. I heard a bunch of people making fun of the idea madeon was this years gessA. From what I saw he certainly wanted to be that. Not as cheesy as LTC but it really didn’t blow me away. Very mid. Great visuals. Deathpact from what I saw was a big let down. Diplo was not the house set from last time, more bass. And the avalanches definitely scratched an itch I didn’t realize I had. Makes me really excited for limperatrice today.

I walked into the Yuma at 315 with zero wait.
I will admit we didnt get in until 3 because of the shuttle issue. Went to raveena then John summit. So I don’t get over there until almost 4. I guess it all filled in right after you got in! That’s great I’m sure it was amazing. What I guess I should of said is I’m going to get in by 1 ish next week myself! Happy Coachella!

great vibes. Started 15 min late or so. He said someone left the cdjs in the sun and they had to find new ones last second. Beautiful visuals. Only stayed 30 minutes. Didn’t want to have late night shuttle issues day one. My group was exhausted. I will probably prioritize that show next week and catch the whole thing close. Seemed like it was slowly building for an epic end
It was a great day for sure, but usually we’re able to park in lot 15a and fly out of there but yesterday you can tell they weren’t prepared because it was 2 hours to get out of there. Lines also *seemed* longer than usual, but it was still amazing and I’ll wait in all the lines again

So yeah, I assume most people here were gonna see Hot Chip anyway, but just in case, I was at their show last night and want to let you know that you should see fucking Hot Chip tonight. Doesn't matter if you haven't listened to any of their material in the last decade, they sound so good right now.
