Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Not that you should have picked it because I love this choice (was on my Inforoo list) but your Germany pick reminded me that The Tin Drum split the Palme d'Or with Apocalypse Now at Cannes that year. Lmao
Just want to say I'm discovering some f'in gems thanks to these picks
Like what?
I'm pulling for Possession. But she might have liked it because she has awesome taste.
BTW, I disagree that Frankenhooker would be considered a bad movie. Nothing Henenlotter made is really bad except for maybe the last Basketcase sequel. He loved exploitation films and considered himself an exploitation filmmaker. I'd give him some leeway for being sleazy and perverted on purpose. Plus, Frankenhooker is a pretty hilarious knock on the objectification of women. Ended up being a good bookend to 80s horror.
There is a certain romantic comedy/ time travel movie that I'm really pulling for Dad Dog to select. I'll vote for him every round if he does without regard to the quality of competition.

Okay, because I received a question about this, 'nother poll.
Should TV miniseries, including documentaries, be eligible in free agency?
I feel like changing the eligibility mid-draft and allowing things to be picked exclusively does a disservice but I'd be much more willing to allow it in free agency.
And spoiler because it's technically draft-eligible but it illustrates my point

If someone drafts one of the Small Axe movies you could still take the rest in free agency. In that case they would each take up a separate slot.
A true miniseries as opposed to an anthology would take up only one slot.
Can I draft a Twin Peaks The Return: Episode 8?
So Twin Peaks: The Return is an interesting case.
Two episodes were screened at Cannes 2017 out of competition. It was also screened in its entirety at MoMa as part of the showcase of "the year's best films."
I'm still gonna say no as part of the exclusive drafting because that argument is *not* a can of worms I wanna open. If this passes and you wanna take just episode 8 as part of FA, go ahead.
i think it would be cool if we drafted seasons of shows, devoting a whole stage to experiencing it like a 10 hr movie or something.
I feel like we do a tv draft next...
Alright I'll come clean and say I was the one to ask Alex originally, but this actually makes me change my mind. I asked re: Ken Burns documentaries, but as you stated, there's always a TV draft for that kind of stuff. So I redact that question/poll.
