I mean its the only way to beat streaming and have all of the songs in one place. My gf has her 120gb classic thats still humming and I got her a 256 touch as an anniversary present last year. I wonder if people are going to figure that out that the ipod was/is the perfect thing for music and they should go back to it.
I'm surprised that they weren't designed to self destruct five years ago.

People sell ones that are modified and have 1TB storage on em now. Plenty of market for it.
Actually no, that poster looks so bad, but atleast the music gonna be good.
they always put together very interesting little lineups, I went in 2015 and 2019 it’s a fantastic little festival. It’s held at a massive old industrial site that got turned into a contemporary art museum and the fest stages are mostly in these little courtyards between the different buildings, except for the main stage. Highly recommend this festival. 2019’s lineup was sick as well:
One of my favorite festivals and the only one that I have been to every single year they have offered it. Are you going this year, Theo?
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

unfortunately it's on the same weekend as Boston Calling this year, and I'm doing Boston Calling instead. Otherwise I'd 100% be there

Elevation group in Ohio has been doing some cool things the last few years. This year they've got Vampire Weekend headlining their new fest in Indy, WonderRoad. WonderStruck (formerly Laurel Live) in Cleveland lineup drops in a few minutes. Will share.

Vampire Weekend and Michael Franti sounds like a pretty fun Sunday night to me.
Strange side effect of being on the road constantly is that the internet no longer knows where I live and I get ads for random events all over the country. Facebook is currently dead set on getting me to a festival in Texas, a state I have yet to visit
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

How you ain't never been to Texas? I love some Texas - probably been 20+ times but mostly to Hill Country. Food, beer, people, distilleries - all superb. We've had some good times in Houston too. It's so big that there's bound to be an assload of great shit there waiting to be discovered - particularly food wise.

So my mom's from Houston and I was there a lot as a kid and I fucking hated every minute of it. There's a lot of Houston people in Denver now and all I hear about is how great it is and how great the food is. Never thought I'd try and go back to Houston on purpose

It's probably come a long way if '74 in any way relates to your birthyear. It's the 5th most populous metro in the US now at about 7MM people. It's pretty spread out, but there's too much money and disposable income there now not to have an array of killer shit. Like I said, we're usually in Austin or New Braunfels every year at least once or twice. I've only been a few times to Houston, but I never didn't have a ball and find good food without trying very hard.

Yeah it's just wild to me that it changed so much... Especially on the food front.
