It's really exciting to see Tim Weah start to turn his potential into production for the national team. I'm a huge fan of Weah and Aaronson and think that they are going to add a huge dimension for the foreseeable future. Neither would be first choice in the best xi, tough to beat out healthy/in form Pulisic and Reyna, but nice to have options.
Really miss Reyna on set pieces. He has like 10 caps and already seems like our best option for taking free kicks. Pulisic a good option too, maybe more outside the box than corners.
All this is absolutely horrifying. I knew there had to be a bunch of awful people in football, but it’s shocking how widespread things like trafficking and pedophilia is globally within football.
Aguero retired, probably the best striker in PL history.
Aguero scored every 108 minutes in the Premier League, comfortably the best rate in the competition's history. Indeed, he could play another 2,520 minutes (28 games) of Premier League football without scoring and would still have the best minutes-per-goal ratio of any top-flight player with more than 20 goals
including scoring one of the most iconic goals ever
it’s a shame, I thought it was a really good hire when it happened
It's hard to overstate how bad it is. Certainly some injury problems, but Carlo had those too. Since Dom came back we lose 3-2 at home to Brighton and now down 2-0 inside 20 minutes to relegation zone Norwich.
He continually plays a 2 man midfield with Doucoure and either Allan or Gomes. Doucoure is kind of an unskilled box to box guy, Allan is a defensive mid (a 6? I can never get the numbers straight), Gomes is, I don't even know, he can pick out a pass but he can't tackle and he can't run.
Forcing Lucas Digne to leave as well is just unconscionable.

100% same. I remembered him from Chelsea back ages ago. I figured he would be a solid grab for you guys.
Well obviously he was sacked, and now reports again emerging that Vitor Pereira is going to be appointed by Moshiri against the wishes of the board. An absolute train wreck and farce. Moshiri is taking us down.

Jesus christ man. Time for the fans to revolt. Knowing Everton I dont doubt they will too, no shade intended!
edit: lol I had to go back and watch that classic vid of the everton fan literally frothing at the mouth as he discusses who their next manager should be, my god I love sports

Even though US is up 1-0 I’m not super impressed with their play. They need to working on their finishing, should be up at least 2-0 if not 3-0. I will say El Salvador’s keeper has had some nice saves tho.

Yeah, the decision to stage this match in Columbus (and next week's in the Twin Cities) will open them up to a lot of second guessing. 3 pts is 3 pts. Shame that 10 man Jamaica couldn't hold off El TRI.
