Wow Yellowcard!?! Sign me up. Let's thrash to some violins.
They had Yellowcard on at a brewery alawre and I went to on Saturday. At one point, I stopped the conversation, so she could be sure to hear the violin.
Anyone wanna buy the Saturday portion of my ticket for a deal? Don't really know a lot of bands that day
There’s a few Saturday I’m into. THICK, Together Pangea and Mannequin Pussy will slay. Then you can follow Dave Maynar and I while we get drunk and sing along to Fear and 7 Seconds. Fun times.
I am looking forward to you yelling Hot Snakes songs as requests for RFTC.
That sure would be nice! Took me like 2 hours to get home on Friday.
Remembering the trek home last year is the only thing that gives me pause about going back. Worst I've ever experienced at a show/festival. They were also seriously understaffed last year in terms of security/event staff (vendors were fine) and having one exit at the end of the night was a huge mistake. Hoping they rectify that.
V interested to see how they schedule on Sunday. Having to play directly after Sleater Kinney is a death sentence. Even without Janet they still totally slay.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

Honestly after reviewing it my biggest complaint is that the Sunday undercard is pretty meh (and that there’s no gang of one) but I mean, come on, how could I possibly complain about spending $150 for all this?
I don’t think I’ve gone to this since 2016. Is it still pretty much the same stage layout?
They changed it quite a bit between 2019/2021, but the biggest difference you’ll notice is mostly that the two main stages aren’t next to each other anymore.

Just found the map. I’m not mad about them splitting the stages like that. If they stick with it. Some of the crowds were wild due to the biggest bands playing next to each other back to back, but you did have the possibility of getting a good spot for both shows if you got in between them.
One last note for now: the people on eFestivals fucking love Bob Vylan, who do a rap-punk thing and sometimes incorporate grime beats. I’m not really a fan but I’m sure some of you would really like it.

yellowcard being a higher billed reunion over sunny day real estate and bauhaus is blasphemous. i understand that the younger generation will recognize yellowcard more but sdre and bauhaus have both been rumored to be headliners before
as a huge Yellowcard fan even I'm stunned they're billed that high, they didn't even break up that long ago!

Just noticed Save Face on the bottom of Sunday's lineup. Very cool, not sure I've seen them booked at a big fest before. Their latest album is total MCR worship, but should be an act to know for any MCR fans who think Sunday afternoon is light.
