and it makes sense that scrambled eggs + curry powder is yum because i definitely sometimes put it in my tofu scram

I'm a convert to the Gordon Ramsay method when it comes to scrambled eggs. Lots of butter and nonstop stirring, alternating on and off the heat. I'll have it with avocado toast and sriracha, or with fresh parmesan and sundried tomatoes. Yum yum yum.
