My favorite breakfast food is all of that stuff that is sitting on top of the hashbrowns. Whether its in a tortilla, on top of hashies or between a biscuit / bagel.
Just saw the top post on this page and just needed to say that pork roll egg and cheese on a long roll is the greatest and the absolute most missed food item for me since I’ve moved to Texas.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

It’s not pretty, but another one of my favorite breakfast places in Las Vegas was Jamms. They did something they called a Denver Pancake that was hash browns with Denver Omelette ingredients - ham, onion, and peppers. It was delightful. (They also had really good biscuits and gravy now that I think of it.)

This looks good but kinda just does what french fries do for me. No disrespect to french fries but idk.

avocado, some grilled or roasted veg (especially onions), and cheese (i'm just so glad i've found a couple vegan cheese i like because hashbrowns are not the same without some cheesy goodness)... that's literally all i need, with some sort of carb, to be very happy in my breakfast-ing
