If you like your hot dogs spicy and influenced by south of the border cuisine, then look not further than the Halo Dog.
For those who haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying a Halo Dog, it’s a bacon-wrapped hotdog topped with beans, cheese, pico de gallo and an Anaheim chili relish.
Stacked with loads of beans and peppers, this one might become a bomb in your gut, but it’s a welcomed bomb. Just don’t get upset when your stomach lining becomes enraged with your choices.
If you listen to the music in the clue and listen to the beginning of this ("all dogs go to heaven") it seems pretty certain its referring to glaive imo. And they put out a whole album called all dogs go to heaven this year. Maybe $uicideboy$ also, but definitely glaive.
If they both have songs called All Dogs Go To Heaven then it could make sense for the clue to include both acts since the hot dog has two sets of wings.

I have no idea who any of these artists are. Just saying that it's weird that there's two sets of wings unless there's a connection to the Glaive song that I've missed.

Ok that's fine I'm just letting you know that barely knowing what Suicideboys are I don't think they make a ton of sense for Bonnaroo.

I always feel roo clues aren't directly linked to an artist for an album or song they made. They make it much harder.
Could it be a LA rapper? Not sure how famous the halo dog is.
Drakeo the Ruler. (Draco is an animal with 4 wings) Snoop Dogg. (Founded a rap trio named Dogg's Angels) DJ Mustard. (The clue only has mustard on the dog) Doja Cat. (Not too sure about this one but she released a new video today, timing makes sense)
They all have some connection to either wings/angels and are all from/based in LA.
Pretty sure this isn't it, but just in case it is.. I wanna take the credit.
I'm not sure why you need to be hostile about me asking if parts of the clue mean something. Isn't that what we're doing here?
I’m trying to help man. Tomorrow morning you’re gonna read back over this and see yourself hammering “why does this hot dog have two sets of wings??” and I think you’ll get it

Just went back to check the 2020 clues thread and the first three I saw were: 1. Pine scented air fresheners and a grove of plants for Pinegrove 2. A volcano dripping lava into the woozy face emoji for Still Woozy and their song "Lava" 3. An animation of Froot Loops dripping into the middle of a circle playing the notes "D-A-D" for Marc Rebillet's Loop Daddy II
Like, they definitely used to be esoteric, but recently they're about as direct as you can get.

You got me there. Maybe they're more straightforward than I thought.
I'm really not familiar with Drakeo The Ruler but he fits every hint of the clue (Halo dog since he's from LA, Wings because of his name). Even the fact there's only mustard on the hot dog makes sense since he made "Mr. Get Dough" with DJ Mustard who discovered him.

also, and to be clear I'm not picking on you at all here: what's a halo dog? I tried search it for information about it everywhere online and the only thing that I saw that came up was your post on twitter about this clue.

Yeah he kind of explained that whole thing already on this page.

yeah but I wanted to know where they served it at! but when I googled it nothing came up (including variations on like "halo dog" + restaurant) so I was confused until I added the Anaheim bit at the end.
I also thought it might have something to do with Pink's but I guess not.
anyway the point of this is that I ended up Instagram searching "halo dog" at which point I realized I went too deep and that that's way more effort than needs to be put in for learning about a specialty hot dog. I would be more surprised if it was Drakeo than Suicideboys or Glaive, but it would also be very cool. so, sure. why not?
