You got me there. Maybe they're more straightforward than I thought.
I'm really not familiar with Drakeo The Ruler but he fits every hint of the clue (Halo dog since he's from LA, Wings because of his name). Even the fact there's only mustard on the hot dog makes sense since he made "Mr. Get Dough" with DJ Mustard who discovered him.
also, and to be clear I'm not picking on you at all here: what's a halo dog? I tried search it for information about it everywhere online and the only thing that I saw that came up was your post on twitter about this clue.

To be clear, I know I'm wrong but I wanted to look at the clue from a different point of view. I maybe thought the Halo Dog in LA was as famous as a Chicago Dog or a New York Dog.

Just checked Bonnaroo’s Instagram. In 2019 we got 8 Roo Clues from Dec 5th to Dec 29th and the lineup dropped on Jan 7th so yeah, I think we’ll get em once a week leading up the lineup drop. And possibly more than one a week.
Last few years it’s been on Tuesday and Thursday. I would guess either the same or Wednesday & Friday. Well find out later. If they don’t post one today expect one tomorrow
