Help explain this? Forgive me for being an old man who has seen a Phish hot dog gag with my own two eyeballs.
both artists apparently have releases called “All Dogs Go To Heaven” which idk seems like a stretch with no other connection
idk, it's not like you're going to find a band with a song title like "Four-Winged Hot Dog With Splotchy Mustard And a Glowing Halo Lightly Levitates For a Few Seconds"

sure but for example with Sucideboys, it’s not like All Dogs Go Go Heaven is a particularly notable song for them, not a hit, not recent, not heavily played on Spotify, doesn’t look like they even played it at their recent Day N Vegas festival set (although that could be inaccurate)

I'm not going to go to bat for them too much since I don't really care about them at all, but out of all the suggestions I've seen this one seems the most likely; from my personal standpoint it also makes sense because they're from New Orleans and I see them talked about on Twitter a lot. But to address the other points:
-Sure, it's not notable insofar as they've put out a lot of music and have a lot of Spotify songs with a lot of plays. -Also, true, it's not a hit, but Suicideboys doesn't have any hits (also kind of nuts considering how many plays these songs have on Spotify!) -BUT! It's the first song on their 2020 album and it's the third-most played song from that album, which seems pretty notable. -I don't think it necessarily matters if they played it live, they just put out a new album and they also have a shitload of songs.
So unless there's a song or a band with a way whackier title out there that matches this picture, I think "All Dogs Go to Heaven" makes sense and, well, Suicideboys is the best fit for that. After all, when I typed in "All dogs go to heaven" on Spotify, the Suicideboys song was the first thing that came up.
Also, really don't think it's Phish because it seems like it would be ridiculous to announce a big headliner like Phish as your first Roo Clue, but if it is Phish, uh, enjoy.
Do you want to dance while also thinking about all the ways you've failed as a human?

If you listen to the music in the clue and listen to the beginning of this ("all dogs go to heaven") it seems pretty certain its referring to glaive imo. And they put out a whole album called all dogs go to heaven this year. Maybe $uicideboy$ also, but definitely glaive.
Also for the record I've never heard of glaive but I saw someone write their name and I looked up this song. Sounds like the same melody to me. They are also touring in the US in February with no dates for the rest of the year

He’s going to be at basically every festival this year

And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
