for Danny Elfman, he describes this show as a "live mix of his last 40 years" so if you're allotting extra setup time I don't think it's necessary. There won't be an orchestra and I doubt he even has much of a band if anything. it might even be as simple as a Danny Elfman DJ set lol

Danny Elfman is 100% playing with an orchestra.
Don't think he's done a single live show without one since he started the Nightmare Before Christmas shows. His new solo album features a lot of orchestral elements as well. He's not ditching em for a pair of Technics and a Pioneer mixer.

Yup, I don’t think “mix” here means anything other than it’s a blend of all eras of Elfman. He’ll have an orchestra, he’ll have a live band, he’ll have it all.

I gave Danny extra set up time partially because of set up, but also because there are typically larger gaps in between the last few acts on the Outdoor. There was a 50 minute gap between Christine & the Queens and Billie Eilish Saturday on the Outdoor of 2019, and Gesaffelstein had 45 minutes in between him and Blood Orange on the Outdoor on Sunday.

Conflicts are pretty brutal on Sunday... Jamie/Doja/Dumont/Curry/Honey Dijon all in that same 2 hour block. Friday & Saturday would an absolute blast for me.
