The thing is that all of those chicken finger places are the same - Zaxby's, canes, I think macdougals is one? We had two Sawyers in Knoxville, one on campus, one out Kingston Pike, and I ate there regularly.
Zaxby's menu is much more extensive than Cane's. Not even close to being correct here.
It made the shortlist, but I dumped it along with Zaxby's, Raising Cane's, and Church's Chicken. Didn't want too many chicken joints, though in hindsight I probably have too many burger places.
Its pretty regional so I wouldn’t expect it here tbh. I ride for the cajun filet biscuit and their fries though.

Whataburger is a terrifying establishment. I think they stick the tiles to the wall with grease from other locations and mop the floors with the oil from the fryers.
Mistakenly thought that at one point Kanye West opened a Whataburger I went to once in Chicago's south suburbs. It was actually a Fatburger. Sorry to disappoint.

Gonna have to sit this one out since I feel like fast food is mostly poison and my city-dwelling ass hasn’t driven thru in, like, we’ll over a decade. But I’ll enjoy watching the carnage from the sidelines.

I met my husband because he worked at the Sawyers on Kingston Pike with my roommate. He also lived downstairs from us at the time, but we would not have met if not for Sawyers.

I hold the unpopular opinion (at least among Southerners) that Krispy Kreme sucks. Even with the munchies. The only thing I will eat from there is a cruller but you can't persuade me that a classic glazed is any good. Especially hot.

the thing is the happy hour is from 2-5. So it has to be a late lunch, an early bird dinner, or just a delicious snack. They have a menu with everything as $1 - four different sliders, two kinds of fries, mozz sticks, snack shake, snack sodas...I do two sliders, fries, shake for like 4.24 or something like that.

Yeah I never hit arbys at normal times, but that happy hour is sick if I'm low on funds but need a good snack

They have kind of a weird combination of things on their menu (burgers, bbq sandwiches, quesadillas, fried okra), but it’s pretty decent and inexpensive.

It’s good for late nights after concerts. In fact that’s how we discovered it.
Burger King is way worse than McDonald’s, it actually might be my least favorite here, but I haven’t tried a few of these.
burger king had veggie burgers for a long time, and now has the impossible whopper. one of the few true fast food places besides taco bell where I can eat these days.
