I love CFA, I don't find their fries consistent at all, and when they are bad, they are undercooked, soggy, and only redeemable with their honey roasted BBQ sauce.
The milkshakes are hard to argue. I'll again stan for Shake Shack, but without a drive thru, CFA/In and Out/Arby's are the best shakes to my mind. The In and Out neopolitan shake is fantastic.
I somewhat agree about their fries. I think they're a bit overrated and they can be really starchy tasting sometimes which is a big turnoff for me. That doesn't usually happen in my experience though.
I don't think I've had a milkshake from any of those other places, either because they aren't here (In n Out, Shake Shack) or I don't like their food (Arby's). CFA also has their peach milkshake which is great and their frozen lemonades are really good too.
When they get it back, give the Arby's Orange Creamsicle shake a try (if you like orange/cream, or are adventurous).

I really like orange creme pops so this sounds right up my alley

Panda is pretty awful but the Honey Walnut Shrimp is pretty good. It's extra but I'm pretty sure it's made to order unlike everything else. For the most part when I go to Panda I regret it, other than the HWS.

I remember the jamocha shake being pretty decent but I haven't had one in a couple of years.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
when it was new I’d want to go get some. Pretty much always felt disappointed as soon as I started eating it.
That's pretty much how I feel about all Chinese as an adult. I'll crave it once a year and get disappointed every time. (No idea if I have had Panda Express since I have been 16.)
I used to love sit down Chinese restaurants. They ruled. Then they turned into buffets and the food went to hell.
The good thing about Hardee's is that no one ever goes there so when you do order something from there it's always hot because they have to make it "fresh".
This. And somehow they have like one person running the place. They must get government grants to stay in business or something.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

For real, every other fast food place in my area has a line a mile long but there's never anybody in the hardee's line
