Gonna try and look at vote histories more before casting a vote. Honestly want to stay away from the Rummy/Pablo thing for now because I'm not confident on who's who. Not feeling as confident on a combo of Rummy / Browell cause I was peddling that pretty hard and wasn't whacked

I'm poring over these vote splits and I can't tell anything. I had a gut feeling that was trending bad on Browell, but I think the fact that he was the D2 exile means he was town. If he was mafia, that almost has to mean that it's either Rummy/Jortles/Browell, or that Maddog was also mafia. I think both of those scenarios are unlikely - it's unlikely town has exiled 2 mafia in 2 days, and I have a town read on Rummy so it makes me think that's unlikely too.
I suppose one of the mafia could have voted out their own on Browell. I'd need to go back to make sure how the D2 runoff was formed, but it feels unnecessary for a mafia to vote for their own teammate after the runoff is set. If the votes are cast below in the order that they stacked on each of them, that means the D2R1 votes on Browell were rooloo/Dan/LLL. With my town read on rooloo, that points to LLL as the only person that could have gotten stuck on Browell and felt couldn't move to save him.

If we aren't going to get a reveal I'm sticking with my gut unless someone finds a nice breadcrumb. Dan also seemed pretty into the idea of looking at Rooloo voters after backing off his LLL / Pablo thoughts initially. I'm one of the Rooloo voters. The other two remaining are Rummy and Potent.
He talks about the Roo voters as being most significant, changing his take on myself and Pablo. I guess the mention and veering away from a name could spook Mafia.
yeah im not articulating my thoughts well at all. i need to reconsider posting when i can only give half attention to the game (e.g. during my work day if it's busy) but right now the deadline is coming up so im trying to be present where i can but it isnt with full attention.
the reality is that the whack can be interpreted a host of different ways because there isnt one clear direction to follow (silv didnt post much and outside of that vote switch, not much thats tangible is relevant to look at), and so it makes sense folks are going different ways with it. but since im sus of pablo already, for similar reasons that rooloo just cited, it even makes me wonder about the "H" post. i doubt that mafia would whack someone for naming the first letter of a maf member's name but who fucking knows lol

I had a busy day at work. I'll have to wait until I get home to compare Silver's stuff to Dan's and look at folk's posts from previous games now that we have two days down. But Jortles seems different than last game, Otter seems different than last game. So either they really switched up their Mafia style/are good at "acting" and got a raw deal being Mafia again or they are more likely to be town than some others. Not taking them off my radar, just trying to focus someplace.

I can't escape my suspicion of otter. I'm going to place the vote there but if anyone wants to talk me out of it, feel free.

I doubt I can because you have been on me the entire game, but I’d like to try and talk you out of it. Both whacks point away from me to some degree. I’ve been in every runoff, so it’s also not great from a gaining information perspective.
I’ll try and do a reread to find some better candidates, but I should probably give you some or my current thoughts. My current perspective is that there is a higher than mathematical chance the last runoff was 3 townies (as suggested by Dan, which may have played a role in his untimely death) but rummy has been off to me. Rooloo is a town read for me. So is LLL, but I have immense respect for her game after last round and don’t feel super confident. Jortles is jortling correctly identified me as town, so I’m inclined to believe that he’s also town for the time being.
Your infatuation with voting for me is a negative, but that’s the only demerit I have on you. Pablo is also a bit sus for me. Rummy has definitely struck me as off so far, but she was in the runoff. I also am noticing her preemptively explaining her lack of participation due to being sick, which is the exact type of conduct that correctly identified me as mafia to others in the last game.

We have this vote split you brought up. If we need to guarantee 1 maf dead, I think we look at Rooloo voters. Browell and Maddog are dead, so I think a Jortles, Rummy, Potent runoff would be our best shot at finishing D3 with at least one maf dead, even if its Browell or MD. I'm happiest with Rummy being in there, and she already is.

the town runoff comment, the comment saying that he agrees with LLL upon further thought and should focus on mad dog voters, his opening vote for browel in round 2. All could be some indication he was inspector. Obviously some conjecture there, but it’s potentially something.

None of you are Inspector, right? if you are, I feel like we have a better likeliness to win if you come forward even if you have one Mafia name and you guessed wrong twice.
Otherwise I feel likewe are we are in the same place we were in prior games when Inspector was whacked early, only we had a less conspicutous Inspector.
