Dude, I've honestly stopped reading at this point. LOL. I'm happy for you that you believe in your team but your trust in the organization exceeds logic.
I lost like two bets ever on this site. A Philadelphia food bank got some cash and a dog rescue. I won 8 or 9 bets and only took the cash about 30% of the time as the other few hundred went to dog rescues. My trust goes so far. I’m not in it to lose. So if you decide to consider it or even to watch more football [tm] the bet is available.
Trying to end every internet argument with gambling is just sad tbqh
That wasn't the point. What's sadder is that you even have a platform. All you generally do is try to talk shit and annoy people, but you also don't back it up. You talked shit. You got challenged. Now you're coming back with this? That's fucking sad.

What bet? What are you talking about?
It was part of yesterday's discussion on the previous page. emoney made a shit post and got checked on it. He offered to bet a wheel of cheese which was bullshit. So I put it out there to anyone else who wanted to talk shit that might be interested. Saints opened at 7.5 O/U for wins. $50 bet for up to 10 people who think we won't win more than 7.5. Anyone who knows my history knows that any money I win here besides bets with spent would likely go to a shelter, food bank or boxer rescue. I've helped collect over $500 for these types of charities the last couple years off of Inforoo and even matched a couple bets I won.
So if you're interested, you're welcome to jump in on that.

No, I don't want to bet. I don't gamble, other than the annual buy in for fantasy football. (Seriously, I just went to Vegas and was standing in multiple casinos. And the airport. No betting for this guy.)
My earlier point wasn't that you were wrong, just that you are not moving off of your faith in the Saints organization.

Why? It just proves my point. Clearly a statistic that is led by a 2 win player, an 8 win player, and a 12 win player shows little to no correlation, let alone causation, in translating to wins.
And TBH, QB rating is a shit statistic anyway. It’s laughable that it’s even used at all. But we’ve argued that too.
Can the Saints please just sign Tyrann Mathieu already? He’s such a local icon, he’s willing to take a hometown pay cut, and he’d be killer on our defense.

Steve Wilks was the Cardinals HC for one year, now the Def Passing Game Coordinator for Carolina. Ray Horton has been a Def Coordinator and Backs Coach for several teams, most recently Washington in 2019.

Steve Wilks was the worst head coach I’ve ever watched. He didn’t deserve that job to begin with.
Good to see the Texans doing right by Davis Mills.
Would be great if he continues to develop and becomes a top tier QB. Definitely looked more hopeful than the other rookies last year imo
I don't know whether I'm supporting him ironically or not at this point. I sorta disagreed when people criticized the pick, so on that level I'd genuinely like to see him succeed. He was always advertised as a guy who had a cannon so the deep ball QB rating comes as no surprise (agree with ZIG that it's not really a good stat though). Cooks is a great player for Mills to have to throw to.

Definitely a little of both 😂 it was such a hyped up QB class and he was a bit of an afterthought, but he looked decent on a team that really wasn't trying to be good last year with how much talent they had given up. I like him
he had close to the fewest starts of any QB to get drafted ever so it was definitely a weird one, and I knew we would be terrible so I assumed we'd use a high pick on a QB, but I didn't anticipate this year's class being so underwhelming so I'm happy to eat crow
