Cause maybe he has seen how burnt out some coaches have gotten? The guy has been on a coaching staff in some capacity for 15 years already. Dick Vermeil stopped coaching at age 45 and then didnt go back til he was 60. Bill Cowher never went back to coaching even though he was sought after when he left the Steelers. Aint nothing wrong with quitting while youre ahead. McVay has the advantage that he is young enough to be able to have the option of taking a break and have the pick of the litter with coaching jobs in a return if thats the path he chose at some point.

That leaves only $42MM to go and some dead money in the future. We will have to lose a couple of key free agents, but that’s every year. No real disruption, just a guru GM.
Tampa was announced as host for the Munich, Germany game next season @ FC Bayern Stadium. The Saints will be host someone in London at Tottenham stadium as will the Green Bay Packers. The Jaguars will host at Wembley while the AZ Cardinals will be hosting at Estadia Azteca in Mexico City.

Well theyre gonna save 16 mil in cap space and seems theyre content with spreading it out over 3 players. Wonder if Amari just goes back to The Raiders.
Saints may not tag either Terron Armstead or Marcus Williams. If we can’t sign either of them, we will likely go LT 1st or 2nd and will possibly get a lesser safety in FA to replace Williams. That’s the breaks when you play the cap edge and draft as well as we do as was discussed in January (looking your way Zig).
