Just finished a reread. Pretty sold on silver being mafia and tranter being town. Jortles also is also reading town, the push at the end of D3 feels very lone wolfy, along with the n1 whack being a md voter. Silver - maddog or JTR - LLL or Theo seems the most likely. Lean Theo since he hopped on jortles last minute push in a low key way.

i made that push on Jortles because he was completely silent until that point in d3, if he is mafia I’m not letting him coast through a day just like that. When he did come in and talk, it was pretty reasonable and I don’t feel like I have any reason to believe he’s mafia right now.
Also LLL has not faced any pressure whatsoever this game, and should absolutely be in the runoff today. I think she’s also worth considering as a possible Silver partner, due to voting for JTR over Silver D2
meant jortles push to add tranter back into the runoff and not exile silver. Agree LLL should be in the runoff

What hasn’t been brought up about LLL today is that she voted for JTR on the killshot iirc and then said that Mafia JTR wouldn’t miss a vote. She said she just missed it but it’s worth considering. I’m not sure I believe that someone who has been checking in as consistently as she has just missed that.

I just missed it, that is all. I did a quick re-read after having been drunk and then hungover for my birthday. I didn't notice until I read back through today after the Potent whack, trying to tie it all in, or else I may have voted elsewhere. Today I intially thought it was interesting when Potent moved his vote off you after JTR voted for you. So I was tying it in with JTR as possible Mafia. But then saw that he missed a vote so I started looking at who else it could tie to. JTR was also in the group of people Potent said he would love to see in that first day runoff. Theo, JTR, Potent and Rooloo. Obviously, if he was Inspector, we know it wasn't Rooloo. That left JTR and Theo.
Do you think a Mafia JTR would miss a vote? I could be wrong with that. I have seen it done before. It just isn't usual. It is also a great way to throw people off too....

because you have to justify JTR in order to justify me, logically it doesn’t work the other way round
Is this because you are making the assumption that Rooloo was whacked because he voted for MD? Seems risky for an Inspector to outright vote for their name in Day 1. He stayed on MD's name the entire time and was the first to vote for him and he was the 5th person to vote out the gate. I suppose you could argue he may have been trying to NOT vote with you, Potent, MD or JTR, however you ended up on MD in the end, and so did Potent. And he didn't move his vote.
I am fine shiting a light on a group of voters, but town fucked up last game by looking at the wrong group. Just want to point that out so that as the game goes on we actually look at voting associations. Last game and this game it was the group of voters I am in and I have been a townie both times. So we have me, Theo, JTR and Silver and Jortles himself. It isn't me. Jortles MAY be mafia again, but I would put him at the bottom of my suspicion list out of these folks, right now. I could be wrong, but I feel most comfortable voting with that group right now after having done a re-read.

If you were town and realized that you missed something, I have a hard time believing you would have needed to be prodded by Tranter to point it out for the first time. I think you would have said something like “omg wtf I missed this” before Tranter had to ask for clarification.

Letting Jortles and silver even getting an opportunity to get tranter out and win the game is a bad play. I’m begging. We can get Theo next round. But we’re gonna lose a townie tonight and I don’t want to lose one today.
Fine. I 100% believe it is one of them between Tranter and Silver and one is taking the other and all of us for a ride here trying to spin us around. Usually I would advocate for a runoff, but I don't see it getting us anywhere at this point. Since Silver ties in most with Theo because of their votes, I'll go with this. But I cannot stress enough that if this round doesn't end, I think it is Theo.

You don’t believe that someone who was drunk and microdosing from the night before until nearly 11am and then hungover on her birthday weekend and literally set an alarm to vote that afternoon and then went didn’t back to sleep missed that? I am not mafia. I wasn’t mafia last game when people tried to make me out to be mafia either. The same shit that happened last game is happening again. Anyone want to share with me what it is that makes me such an easy target for Mafia to get town to vote with them on me? Because I would love to stop doing it. It is frustrating for me and it is allowing Mafia to slide by.
Whatever. You guys do whatever you want here and hopefully you get it right at the end of the runoff because if there are somehow two and you vote me off we lose. If you are a townie, I am telling you, I am on your team. Jortles, you had a townie read on me initially for a reason.
I have a trip to Europe to plan for and I am trying a microdosing regiment again today that turned out to be not so micro the last time I did it. I will not be checking in until later tonight. I have already laid out my theory here, multiple times and I think it makes sense. I could be wrong but I don’t think I am. No one listened to me last game either.

Idk… leaning into real life excuses for absence always feels like more of a mafia thing too. I was out of commission the entire weekend and none of you know why (based on this thread at least). And I know when I’m mafia I’m always very tempted to explain away my absence.
I think a LLL / Theo runoff is good. If it’s Tranter / Dan I’ll be annoyed since I was all over Tranter yesterday but the game is so fucking hard when there is no inspector reveal.
Also for what it’s worth I don’t think the last 4 post was really the reason for the whack even if JTR or Theo is maf. Potent probs would’ve been whack n1 if that were the case
