Because both Theo and Cum said something like “good morning except to mafia,” which was a declaration (whether genuine or false) of their status as town, keeping themselves othered from Maf in their wording. Now ofc either could be lying there but by LD coming in and being like “yes wel fuck you,” if he’s doing that with a teammate it totally crosses a line IMO bc his post served to make them both look more town in effect. So if they’re not… yeah idk, maybe I’m the only one who feels this way though.

Jeremy Fragrance you really think Jortles is playing just like he usually does as town? What about that wholly unnecessary ego explosion end of D3, where then he was just like “I made a funny”
He gets cocky in any role but there’s a certain tone to it when he’s Maf and…let’s just say I haven’t NOT seen it cropping up

These are the trios im looking at. The third one hasn’t really been looked at much as an option but you know what we ALWAYS say about how if a bunch of shit is being thrown around and bickering going down (esp in d3), mafia might just be hanging on the sidelines chuckling at Town going at each other. Theo has def slid under the radar and that might be bc he’s genuinely town, but I do think it’s of note that Jortles had sus list of Potent, Jtr (supposedly his second most sus but he voted tranter for a while, yet never Jtr…), Tranter and has been very “oh Theo’s town.”
It’s fine if he has a strong town read that makes him not include Theo in potential trio analyses (as you can see, I don’t have Cum in one of the three most feasible trios from my perspective), but I’m just saying that it sure would be a nice easy path for them if they were teammates as they watched Town almost entirely focus on JTR/Potent/Tranter d3

a few things.
-One is what you mentioned about your feelings on jortles, re: y’all having been on the same page mostly w reads and analysis. Cum and I have been reading things pretty similarly, and I haven’t seen her make leaps in weird directions like some others have -Since oddly enough Jortles actually *isnt* the only player permitted to push around on people to gauge reactions, that’s what I was doing a while back with both her and tranter in d2. I later stated outright to them both that I had been doing so, and came away leaning town on them both. They both continued to hold the same tone and reaction patterns in D3 too so my reads didnt shift -Idk who Cum would make sense with? D3 ended on JTR, now voting Jortles out the gate… Cum/Potent? Would really surprise me but it’s possible. I guess could be Cum/Rooloo/LD but that would extra surprise me

The tranter thing here isn’t relevant anymore but any chance I can get a response from you on the other part?
First, you asked this during a night, and I'm uncomfortable with night talking (and there's been a lot of it this game). That's reason #1 I didn't want to respond, reason #2 being it's a Saturday, and this would probably require sitting in front of my computer to respond to, which I try to avoid on weekends if possible, at least recently.
I haven't really talked about Theo or Jortles, and I'm not sure it really does me any good to do so. I feel OK that we got JTR on D3, though of course I can't be sure, but reasonably well enough to be fine with being voted off today and thinking we'd have a day 5 (and being glad I wasn't alive for it). But with both of them voting for me, Jortles for no stated reason and Theo for I guess reasons (?), I don't feel like anything I say is going to matter with them.

and yes, of course there's a possibility. From my seat there's a possibility it's one of you, and less possibility it's two of you.
I think Theo is less likely, which is why it's so irritating that he's voting for me for bullshit reasons.
