Truist Park is nice af and has a Waffle House in it how is it that low
They are almost all nice these days because they are varying degrees of new. Truist Park has one of the worst locations in MLB, it was a nightmare to get there - we stayed in Buckhead and the uber took us 90 minutes. It's fine, but there's nothing distinctive about it, which is what I look for.
The fact that Comiskey has multiple train options for getting there should probably be a point in its favor but I can’t fault you for ranking it so low considering that “Guaranteed Rate Field” may be the single worst name of any building in America.
LMAO. That shit came from a picture from a fanzine put out by Maggot Sandwich (anti-nazis in the FL Punk Scene circa 1984). But there really is an Anas Tower these days.
Next to this photo it says Kulasecharapuram in curvy letters, so I'm guessing this is in India somewhere. And there's definitely parking in the front there.

That’s your fault for staying in Buckhead.
My buddy booked it, I think that's where the Mizzou alumni watch party was - this was a college football weekend where we went to Truist Friday night, Pitt-Georgia Tech Saturday at noon, then went back to the alumni gathering to watch the Mizzou game at like 7:30 or whatever.
I know some people have expressed some strong opinions but I think for the most part it’s all clowning that will just get piled on to another city soon. I think going out halfway through a survivor is pretty good! You guys beat Miami!
I am 2 hours from Boston and 2 hours from NYC. I wouldn't really say that I identify with Boston (or NYC). I know the cities well, but I wouldn't say that I would consider myself associated them.
Fair! I also think we all end up rooting for other stuff too; I haven’t lived in Las Vegas for…17? years and yet I always feel compelled to defend it for some ungodly reason

Atlanta traffic is bad but 90 mins is insane, feels like you got some pretty bad luck at that time.

this is a fair knock but the surrounding area is awesome
Fenway is amazing. I was there for a 7 hours game that went for 17 innings and they let everyone who stayed til the end come down and run the bases. Was badass.
I had a great time the two different times I spent two weeks in Boston. Took in a game at the green monster, still have my Red Sox hat and really loved Boston.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

Homeless people probably live in LA if they can because the weather is great year round. Compare to NYC where the mayor is actively trying to freeze homeless people to death rn.

That's been the norm for decades. Let them die or send them to somewhere else.
I didn't know Boston was so hated until this week. I also had no idea it was known for racism either.
the racism seems exaggerated at least from what ive seen spending time in the city but there are absolutely a lot of very vocal racism boomers living around the suburbs. The WBZ Boston facebook comments give you a prime example of that. As well as the massive backlash and hate directed towards Mayor Wu. There are also a lot of notable incidents at Boston sports games, which I have thankfully avoided. Without our sports fans I think Boston deserves top 10 at the least but they drag us down here
From Gin and Tacos, 29 June 2020:
Can’t wait for the first time Cam Newton gets in one of those sulky moods and every comment section fills to bursting with Patriots fans sounding like the NC-17 “directors cut” version of a Goebbels speech.

Found a list that has Houston as the number one city in the US for homeless people to live.
In less than 10 years, Houston has successfully reduced its homeless population by 55%. This success is largely due to its Housing First Policy that aims to quickly move homeless people from shelters to permanent housing. As we can see from the numbers, the strategy seems to be working. In fact, it’s hailed as one of the best practices for ending homelessness.
