Did Disclosure used to have some drums they both played? I could swear I remember them doing a lot of that at their Roo show.
yeah, used to be a lot more electronic-instrument + bass guitar heavy. The set order is different from other recent shows they've been doing so I assume they're saving some special vocal guests for the end. (probably Channel Tres and some others)
Disclosure is looking a little basic compared to previous times I’ve seen them.
I was actually thinking the same, but I'm sure it'll pick up as they start bringing out guests.
I also think it's because they don't have their instruments up there. I don't think I've ever seen them with such a a scaled back set up. Even when I saw them doing a DJ set I feel like they were both separated into their own little 'zones' with more pads.

Brockhampton disbanding has been one of the most disappointing parts of my year. I felt they were really starting to figure out how to operate without Ameer on Roadrunner. Oh well, at least I'll always have the Roo 2019 late-night set to remember, that was great and the crowd was way wilder than this one.

only bad part was some mfs kept trying to pickpocket me and take my backpack lmao
but BH was meant to disband sooner rather than later since its inception (at least that's what they've always said), still hurts that it's happening though
they changed the schedule. instead of gizz there's now 20 minutes of caribou and something else that i can't remember off the top of my head
Isaiah Rashad which will rule. It’s not King Gizzard but shit happens. I’m sure a bunch of that set will be posted by fans on YouTube and everything else next week. Maybe they’ll curate the set as a catch back. Maybe not. But yeah, I’m very glad they added Isaiah.
I was debating between Caroline and Disclosure next weekend, but after these I'll definitely be at Caroline and maybe catch the end of Disclosure
Go to Caroline. The tent was maybe 80% full. Walked bh after Turnstile to Disclosure. And yeah, thought they might do a bit different set. No slowthai for My High and he is here. Khalid was nice but then everyone cleared out during Tondo.
Its currently a dead mans party at Outdoot. Flume has a giant ass crowd.
Gonna feel bad if Stromae has a tiny crowd cause of everything else.

I can’t remember if that’s the one i went to, but I hated it. This is obviously better but they still annoy me at times. It’s not Gecs level of annoyance.

anytime i hear someone talk about their Roo 2019 set i get 1 of 2 responses: either they were in the pit and loved it or they were not in the pit and hated it
idk what the energy was like behind me but up on the rail it went fucking hard
