In that same search, an article came up entitled, "5 reasons boys and young men need the HPV vaccine too" from 6/10/21 via Memorial Sloan Keating Cancer Center:
1) Men get cancers caused by HPV in large numbers too - 2013-2017 there were +/- 25,000 cases of associated cancers in women and 19,000 in men or roughly 43% (per CDC).
2) There are now more cases of head and neck cancers than cervical cancers in America - HPV causes 70% of them (CDC).
3) There is no test for HPV in males.
4) The odds of getting related cancers increases with age so the vaccine can help not only in the short term but long term.
