Does anyone know where to find the stream rips of these sets? Would love The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, 2manyDjs in particular - either audio or audio/video.
I posted everything in the other thread. Check my post history.

Random things, I don't know if this is everything but here goes.
Pit for Bjork --> pit rail for Fisher/Lake --> Blink 182 --> OMG TBA was probably the wildest run of shows at this or any festival in terms of "how is this all happening in the desert right now?" A truly incredible run.
Tobe Nwigwe, holy fuck, that was unexpectedly awesome and often chilling it was so powerful. The Gobi pretty much burned to the ground. Never seen a crowd that wild before in a tent, and I was at Major Lazer '13. I don't even like that guy's music but that was my favorite rap concert I've ever seen, my wife said favorite show of all time at Coachella and once again, she's seen Kendrick, Sia, Bey, Sufjan, Hans, etc. I am not sure it it did/will translate to the stream but it was insane in there. Fat coming out for the slowed down Fye Fye and then the backdrop singers getting their chance to do gospel solos to it, fucking unbelievable moment. I had the same feeling as when we saw Lizzo in the Mojave, this is a future superstar and he'll never be Drake but I can absolutely see him getting huge in that J. Cole/Kendrick way. That was a show and a half.
The hottest of the hot takes for this crowd, but Kenny Beats brought the dance party you all said would be at 2manydjs. 2manydjs was a lot of polite bobbing from the crowd, and I love Soulwax to infinity. Their song choices felt very dated and I really didn't feel like there was ever a "high" point. Kenny Beats, that crowd was ridiculous. I honestly don't think I've ever seen the crowd going so wild in the new or old Sahara.
Chemical Brothers - another act I was on the pit rail for, the first time I've been rail at Coachella and what an unbelievable visual show.
BLACKPINK - rocked it. Just a truly class, professional act up there, bubblegum or not.
Gorillaz, don't think it was the best setlist for a festival but killer show.
I've touched on this here (or maybe Reddit?) but Labrinth mess was the lowest I've ever felt at Coachella. Conflicted with my other #1 for the whole festival, Prydz, but couldn't get anywhere close to the tent, and the waitlist line for the guest viewing area was hundreds and hundreds of people long. The crowd was so clusterfucky I couldn't get out of the crowd in a timely manner to see much if any Prydz, and I just went home. My wife eventually did get in off the waitlist to see Zendaya in the Mojave, since so many people eventually gave up and/or left for Calvin, but it is baffling to me that apparently there was no tent overflow W1, because that crowd would have easily overflowed the Sahara, and at the Mojave it was a complete disaster.
Safari residence, already said it, but a chance of a lifetime and completely blew my high expectations out of the water.
The other cool thing I got to do was the 3:30 sushi speakeasy on Sunday, as the set times didn't really have anything we wanted to see. That was really interesting. There was a hidden door in the main stage GA area and you walked through it and they had set up a whole zen garden that led you to the restaurant, which honestly felt like a real restaurant and very intimate. We met a bunch of senior people in Blink 182's team and they definitely were not 1999.ODDS, lol, I asked, nor were they ever going to do W2 and they had to scramble the whole team like crazy back to Indio to make it work and almost couldn't, and if they almost couldn't do it, really proves that SZA etc were not ever going to happen. We also met the people that run Hinterland Festival and sat with them the whole meal, honestly the nicest people and if you're anywhere close to that fest you should definitely support them. We might try to fly out one of these years just because of how nice they were, and they were celebrating being at a festival where they didn't have to do any work lol.
Green grass for W2 was wild.
I met TickleMeElmo!
Easily the most crowded I've ever seen W2 which I addressed elsewhere too (along with the amazing ticket sales), all the "W2 is financially infeasible and will die" doomer talk was a complete waste of time.
Gabriels was an amazing show, they'll be back for sure. Overmono's time slot was shitty but a lot of fun, maybe just a coincidence but every single person I was around (near the front, so I arrived early) was a guy whose wife/girlfriend said "yeah, have fun at that, not going", my wife included. A complete sausage party lol.
That's it for now.
EDIT: Can't believe I forgot Jai Paul. The people that said he was underwhelming, maybe at W1? That was ethereal. I had chills the whole time at how good he and the band sounded. I am so, so, so happy I got to see that show after loving this guy's music for over a decade.
But nothing, noooottthing came remotely close to yet another transcendent experience during Underworld. My god. I felt like I got DRAGGED into the underworld and spit back out. This was an absolute barn burner of a set where it was so crazy with everyone raving, I had to leave my spot up close to the right. It was just too fucking hot and dusty and I was a bit outta my mind and needed air. Still, just nuts and another overall highlight of my weekend both visually and sonically. Loved seeing Yung Lean jumping around on stage during "Born Slippy".
There was no way anything was going to match that Underworld show, so we hung out in the back of the Outdoor Theater field and watched Eric Prydz while Blackpink's fireworks went off. It was such a funny scene. To our right, the HOLO show looked like a construction zone with fucking yellow tape and basic ass EDM sounding like power tools, while, to our left, trippy pink flowers, and explosions in the sky. This is when we realized the night had peaked and Calvin Harris was all anyone had left, so we dipped early. No regrets as Underworld had just made everything else tame in comparison. LOL, Eric Prydz needs all those screens and shit to create something interesting while his music was nothing compared to the mastery of Karl Hyde and Rick Smith.
We were spirits on the same course and wavelength! I started in the middle and ended in the front right for Underworld and it was one of most beautiful experiences I ever had at Coachella! I love Yung Lean so when he came out for Born Slippy, it was like a full circle moment and felt curated for me LOL. I know it wasn't, but the stars aligned so perfectly that night

Weird because my fiancée digs them and enjoyed their sit, and two lady friends had never heard of them and enjoyed it as well.

I feel you on this for sure. Still loved the 2manydjs set tho. Didnt get to catch Kenny Beats but the W1 stream looked like a lot of fun

We left the 6th row of the Jai Paul set early for Boygenius and we were regretting it the whole walk over there. Then Boygenius happened and there were no regrets. The booking at this thing never seizes to amaze me. My favorite sets of the weekend will rotate between those 2 and Gorillaz depending on the moment you ask me. My gal pal’s favorite set is unshakably Gorillaz. As we walked over to catch a bit of Metro Boomin she just kept saying I wish we could see Gorillaz again tomorrow. We entered the fest and left it saying this was our last time and as soon as we got back to an air conditioned hotel room we were planning on how we could do it better next year. Her smile at Despacio when we finally got in Sunday night and she was feet from James Murphy as the Disco ball lit the fucking room up was undeniably my favorite moment of the weekend. We were feet from .Paak when he came out, we were close as hell for Blondie with a tent full of people loving every second of the set. We sat on the first row of couches for El Michels Affair and watched Black Thought do it just as well as anybody ever. And Mos Def’s breathe control on Sweepstakes was phenomenal.

Also saw Yves Tumor at Underworld so maybe there is something to them being less boomer than The Chemical Brothers since all the trendy people were there.

I don’t think Chem Bros are more boomer than Underworld but they are more dweeby for sure. Also kinda lazy that they played essentially the same show I saw in LA 4 years ago.

Plenty of variance from the last la shows. They just gotta find ways to intermix those new songs into what they had been doing. I bet when they release the new album the whole show gets retooled a bit more.

Something kind of funny about the idea of Yves Tumor and Yung Lean hanging out backstage, discussing their favorite Orbital songs
Underworld looked like the set of the weekend from the stream. Felt like it would have given me the same magical feeling I had when I saw ghostland/presets 2009, modeselektor 2012, simian mobile disco 2013, bonobo 2014. But what’s funny is that I saw part of underworlds set in 2016 and it seems like something was missing compared to how this year has been talked about. I don’t even recall anyone calling it out as a top set of the weekend in 2016!
For those of you that may have attended both years, care to share what was different from underworlds set in 16 v 23? was it merely a function of the set times?
Went to both and enjoyed this year's more. I think the later set time made a difference. I also think that the more minimal "Mojave" version of the tent worked MUCH better for Underworld than when it was Sahara back in 2016. Both materially improved the vibe IMO.
I was just listening to Last Podcast On The Left and they were talking shit about the Coachella line up this year. Honestly, people have no fucking idea how great it is when the schedule drops and you get to see tons of great fucking acts back to back while the masses see whatever bullshit they’re into. SO GLAD I had all that space to dance at Chemical Brothers and Underworld. Thank you pop headliners.
I know I'm going to get dragged for this but I left their set early for Blackpink
The whole time I was at Underworld I just kept seeing a bunch of heads turning over to catch what BP was up to. I was just outside of the tent in the back left and there were lots of people sitting down, not rly dancing, just staring, chatting and kinda swaying. I stayed for about 10 minutes and it didnt sound like the song(s?) was progressing at all; I actually kinda felt like I was witnessing a time loop lol. In a way that show reminded me of Caribou from last year, just a lil more laser-y and rave-like. Maybe my headspace was off having come from Kenny Beats and Diljit Dosanjh lighting up the Sahara, but I just couldnt rly find my groove there.
It's my biggest regret of the weekend because I dont think I gave it a good enough shot. Was I not far enough in to get the real experience? Did I have to know their songs to appreciate what is going on? lol I already know I'm dumb, but am I also musically challenged? Maybe I just needed to be with cool people like yall who knew how to boogie to them

My entire group was going to Blackpink, and I was experiencing a good roll with my girlfriend, so I decided to tag along and skip Underworld. Had a blast at Blackpink, but after watching the Underworld W2 livestream and reading everyone's reviews, I regret missing their set.

It was really awesome to have one big set every night to just fully lose control of my body. Chems Friday, Underworld Saturday, and to a lesser degree TBA on Sunday. Complete unadultered raging with my friends
