Well if they booked Imagine Dragons they’d probably want to drop the lineup at 4:59 on a Friday to avoid having to deal with the backlash all week.

This lineup isn't coming anytime soon. It sounds like there are still logistical issues that are not resolved. I'm not sure why they posted to social media last week if there wasn't more news coming. Maybe we'll get something the week after Thanksgiving. (I'm trying some reverse psychology).

Might just be they are waiting to 11/28 to officially renew the permit then announce right away. So maybe a 11/30 drop, 12/1 on sale. Either way I don’t think this be a situation where we’ll be waiting another month or two for this, they are very consistent with getting the lineup out reasonably early.

Don’t quote me on this but the Neighborhood Planning permit is different from a permit from the city, right? I imagine approval from the neighborhood planning committee is very easy to get. He seems to have a good relationship with them.

I was thinking along those lines. However, waiting for a permit implies there's a chance it might not be granted. Maybe they are waiting for one or more of the headliners to be ready to announce a big tour?

Yeah the site refresh generated excitement in the short term and has kind of shifted to annoyance at this point.
