Someone is giving me their clubhouse parking pass. Can anyone park there or do you have to have clubhouse tickets? I know the lot is pretty far from the GA entrance but free is free.

How strange is it that The Cure are playing Hollywood Bowl the week after this fest?
No way were The Cure playing for an hour at this fest which has been the max for headliners.
And like they wouldnt change that for the Cure? Moz doesnt care and will play his hour and get outta there. If they used the rotating stage you could give The Cure 2 hours and change easily.
The tour routing really shows that they turned down Shaky and Cruel World and who knows even Roo to do their own tour.
The fest still sold out without The Cure so theyre probably feeling fine. Im sure anyone coming from out of town will have to remake plans to stay for the Bowl shows now

That's what I mean. Doesn't make sense for either party to do it. You book The Cure, then you gotta drop one of the reunion performances to grant them the extra hour of play but then you're still paying their high cost. And all of that for a fest that'll sell out anyway unless they drastically raise the price.

AXS has a bunch of resale tickets in their app for cheaper than the waitlist price. Been eyeing those to come down a bit. Best bet is to wait until the week of.

So youre saying scalpers never count towards selling out an event. Why did they even advertise the fest sold out on their socials? Why did they even make a post about releasing lore tix if it was never "sold out".
They did fake sell out notices on Desert Trip 2016 and a bunch of W2 Coachellas.
They also have CW hotel packages to move. Cheapest options sold well, but pricier ones are still out there.
Another aspect here is those that who can make plans on 2-3 weeks' notice, and are fully unvaccinated, can now enter the US by Commerical flight. Dropped May 11th and announced within about 3 weeks ago.

I don’t think it actually sold out. I think AXS withheld a bunch of tickets and tried to advertise it being sold out to sell passes at a higher price point through their resale platform.
