Sault is there but whoever made this underbilled them
did they?
Not that it matters because it’s alphabetical, but I probably would’ve underbilled them too: SAULT has a shockingly high amount of monthly listeners on Spotify

I guess I'm just skeptical that a band with fairly limited commercial appeal and zero live experience will demand a subheadliner billing just because a handful of music nerds really like them. Based on those numbers, if they get it, so do Wet Leg, Beabadoobee, and Alex G

it’s the so few live performances that give them the bump to sub-headliner. Rare acts get higher billing.

they just haven't done it yet, promise they won't be rare once they actually start performing

In Europe, I honestly think Wet Leg makes the jump too. Beabadoobee too maybe? She had a pretty prime spot at Glasto this year IIRC. you got me on Alex G though.
I wouldn’t be shocked if the lineup is something similar to this tbh.
The same dude on e-fest that said Kendrick and announcement next week said this was the closest. He then went on and “confirmed” Justice and Moderat. It’s apparently missing an unnamed pop artist.
Weird how many leaks are out and still every fake poster I see includes Pulp
I chalk it up to people just not wanting to give up hope or they missed the part where Jarvis said we’re just playing the UK / Ireland 😂
That form is a majority of Brits (for obvious reasons) so I’ll cut them some slack.
I’m still not buying the Kendrick either. Blur / Depeche Mode feels strange enough with two “legacy” acts. I’m just having a hard time with three dude bro’s as the #1 act each day.

Something like DM-Blur-Kendrick-Bon Iver-Bjork-Rosalia would really work for me. Would love to see Justice again. The expectations are going through the roof now.
I’d be over the moon with either Rosalía or Bjork. Having both at the same festival would put me into a cardiac arrest. If Fever Ray is somehow on there, I’d never make it to the festival due to instantaneous combustion.
Were The Delgados that big outside the UK because HOLY SHIT is that a boring band? Even way back when.
Foo Fighters were supposed to fill in for RATM at RW, Pinkpop, NOS Alive, Mad Cool and Open'er but it seems, in the end they couldn't make it work. Pinkpop jumped the gun and booked RHCP instead seeming as they really needed to announce their last headliner before ticket sales started (and BE would be their third pop headliner out of three which is.. a new). NOS Alive, RW and co were supposed to announce this week, but they canceled that. Instead NOS Alive started with smaller names and RW kept quiet. Question is if Mad Cool jumped the gun aswell and picked RHCP or not and in the process lost BE to PS or not. This person's thinking is, they did.
