Yeah a pretty interesting booking situation they are in for Thursday. I almost think the most natural mordor closer on that day is PinkPantheress but id be shocked if that happened
Just a heads up: the VIP window for today's tickets is limited to a certain amount so every show will have tickets available on Thursday at 4:00pm (or whatever time you guys have). May good luck be with you all.
Where do you have that from? The only allocations I’ve seen mentioned are one for VIP and one for general on sale for non festival attendees. I haven’t seen anything about them holding back tickets for non VIP attendees which is why I’m convinced I won’t get my darkside ticket.

not a chance, she isn’t ready for the big stages yet. My Mordor prediction for Thursday:
Cabiria > Central Cee > Le Tigre > Ghost > Halsey > Blur > New Order
6 hours later and I've still got nothing. Same pages, same message.
They did comment on a comment I made on IG and told me to email the same people I emailed 5 hours ago.
I still don't have the option on the APP for the parking and Bus in Madrid neither, I also bought the barcelona / Madrid combo back in July, Although it's not the same as your case.

Keep trying and good luck!!!!
Just want to point out that i'm not going to use the parking but i sure would like to "reserved" the Bus, although i know it's only for measuring the attendance.

Think Pinkpantheress gonna be at that Caroline Polachek spot of last year.
It could be my naive ass overthinking it, but I feel like some of these concerts will be easily accessable again in comparison to last year's clusterfuck. They really slowed down on the promotion of these La Ciutat shows. In comparison to last year, they felt like a fundamental part of the line-up itself and were marketed aswell that way. You were promised that if you had tickets for either or both weekends you would be able to join those concerts as an extra. Which was false advertisement ofcourse. Now, I feel like there were only two times they were marketed; now with the schedule and info about La Ciutat and the initial drop of the names. I feel like there will be a lot less people travelling for the whole week for this going from monday until sunday, though I could be 100% wrong.
I feel like they went all out with last year. Two weekends in the same city was a lot of people coming and going.
This years Ciutat shows feel like more of what I'm used to though. I think they did better with Madrid. There is more venues and more shows there than BCN for that peticular week.

I recall seeing the queue of the special show they did on pueblo espanyol last year, a day before the main festival,i was taking thoose tourist buses that take you around the city, and when they pass outside of pueblo espanyol heading to mountjic, it was croweded as hell!!! I dont even remember who was playing but it was not a big name at all!! I guess you are right…

I think they are properly billed. They haven't toured in over 17 years, which was also the last time they played Europe. Their self-titled album was really their best work, but it has influance many artists almost 25 years later.

very true, last year was a music lover's paradise where people took weeks off just to go hard af. on the other hand i wouldn't be surprised if they've completely fucked it up and a couple thousand people have darkside tickets.
listening to some dj koko and this dude would have been so good on the beach early in the day.
The program itself is nothing compared to last year's. They simply went to pre-2020 Ciutat line-ups in Barcelona and made an extra effort in Madrid being the new city but yeah, it feels they learnt their lesson last year. Personally I wouldn't waste a second with a series of free-access, trouble-making concerts running before the main festival so let's take advantage of those special shows a la Darkside
Felt a bit fucked when they announced the program for Sunday, cause our thinking was that the Beach party thing would be the only thing programmed and then it's the most stacked Ciutat-day of them all lol. Oh well.
Always thought Sundaywas the most stacked day. At least my impression was that Ciutat consisted on a few shows during May, small club concerts on Monday and Tuesday to gear things up -I remember Cigarrettes After Sex and Let's Eat Grandma just before they blew up-, a special treat on Wednesday with Interpol or LCD Soundsystem and the last hooray on Sunday. Last year was my first time doing Ciutat shows but it felt like a third festival so it was a different thing.
I think Boiler Room line-up is coming this week. Let's see if they choose Thursday noon given that Ciutat tickets go on sale at 4pm or they wait til Friday.
I think you're right on the Boiler Room announcement. There was a small update to the app yesterday but nothing showing other than a new app icon. Might be something in there.
