Being mad at milk is evangelical. Maga even. Men Against Gushing Areolas.
What I drank today so far:
1 iced coffee with 2% horizon organic milk. It was French Truck medium roast which is only available in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Memphis, TN snowman (not sure if you're a coffee drinker, but their shit is excellent)
2. Red Bull
3. Sparkling & Bourbon when I get home
My quality choices are being killed off by you heathens.
my biggest gripe with working out is i have to thin out my gravy to make it work in the squeeze bottle.
Pro tip: fill up a Home Depot 5 gallon bucket halfway with gravy and bring an 8 oz ladel with you to the gym. Almost never spills and then you can share some gravy with everyone who needs it

i drink lots of coffee and love french truck. thee've had a shop for awhile in an old 15 acre SEARS distribution center that was converted into a really cool mixed-use community centerpiece (theater, music venue, radio station, art galleries and collectives/residencies, startups, apartments, satellite university campus, brewery, high school, low cost community health/dentist/welness, etc). But I have noticed that they've started selling beans out in the bougie grocery out in the burbs where i live.
I like Gatorade. Prefer liquid IV though if I want electrolytes. For some reason Gatorade has always been one of the few things I can just chug a whole 32oz bottle of without breathing. It’s a very smooth sugar water.
Wait fuck... I thought I just came across a big discovery there but I am now remembering that I love mixing lemonade, strawberry lemonade, blackberry lemonade with champagne and actually prefer it to normal mimosas. Shit...
I notice a significant difference between gravy and water when I need to rehydrate after sweating a ton. Also gravy is fire
gravy is better than water or sport drink after exercise because it's made from the juices of meats that run naturally during cooking and is often thickened with wheat flour or corn starch for added texture. when you have been sweating a ton you want that thicc drink.
