-truevine being the only one who is doing the "send formal offers" thing should be a him problem, not an us problem. every other agent through both drafts has had no issue with a dialogue being open and going back and forth. -including truevine funny enough, I have a number of messages here and on discord of HIM asking ME to confirm acts, along with many many "fOrMaL" offers that go completely unresponded. -the James Blake offer, along with not being confirmed by me at any point, is invalid at this point anyway. the "FoRmAl" offer was for sub headline or which pre headline, both of those slots were filled before truevine 'confirmed'. if it was a headliner that was confirmed this late you probably wouldn't let it go, and financially it wouldn't make sense. -tranter is coercing agents, Todd, into making us pay more after coming to a "fOrMaL" agreement, and coercing us the bookers to accepting agent offers that we did not accept. -just because tranter and truevine are living out some sick fantasy, a sick fantasy that's already more stacked to truevines favor than the other agents because of his weird arbitrator of DJ title, it shouldn't be anything less than a fun game, and this isn't. I don't care how many of your friends you tag on discord.
at least this is a 100K fuck up and not a losing some wheel due to not getting in many offers with work and other stuff and losing an act which all the replacements in terms of popularity are quoted at 3x the price
